Why IS Teyana Taylor Relevant?
I’ve always said that just because a person doesn’t always speak about their blessings or goings on doesn’t mean they don’t exist. Many blogs and blog regulars have always asked the question Who is this girl or Why is she even relevant? According to her most recent interview over at Egypt Said So, she’s doing a little of everything, including launching a line of lipgloss called Dope Lips, which I can say that I’m pretty crunk about (cuz her nude lip game is the BUSINESS)!

I love Teyana!! I loved her since I seen her Super Sweet 16. LOL You stole my heart from the beginning and I know she is something big in the making. Cant wait to see what she has planned and I will support her no matter what.

Okay, maybe I'm old but what's she famous for? I thought she got picked by N.E.R.D., but I ain't heard not nar one song or album that is doing big thangs. Now she's coming out with a lip gloss? I've since gotten over folks who are famous for being famous, but "famous for the potential of being famous"?! If that ain't POTENTIAL to the 2nd power!
For real, I'm not joking. She's a cute girl, and yes I give her props for having a kiddie but cute style based on SS16, but is she somebody's baby girl, somebody's girlfriend, somebody's writer?

Yes, she was in one video of her own as well as many from other artists. It's always a good thing to see young talent stay busy and create several outlets to stay relevant or just getting money. Ay, her swag is high, and that's wasup. Big Ups to TT.

You know, I always hate when people say, so and so isn’t relevant. WTF? Everyone is relevant to someone, I don’t care how lame one is. Anywho, I like Miss Taylor and I think she has a unique voice and I also like her better as a singer. I just wish that whoever writes her songs would write some better ones for her.

the way i see it, as long as we not paying for these people out of our FICA then i could care less about why they are famous. I love the pink lips, i will get me some of that dope girl lip gloss and i commend her for realizing that she has an angle that can be more profitable than her music. she is the cutest thing, she is unique and she has that tomboy look but buried beneath all that boy is a bombshell. i enjoy her

jus that one comment "she will always get love on this blog" jus says how bias this blogger is…soo there was a big controversy over the "smooches" ordeal with Kelly Rowland..and OF COURSE the blogger took teyana's side..tho it was clear Kelly's vocals were light years better…smh…but uh..personality wise teyana's cool and all…but she needs to leave music alone. i mean yall say she got her head on straight and blah blah…well if she has anything to do with this industry AS AN ARTIST, her sanity aint gon last too long..stick to ya lipgloss and choreography..still dont know if i LIKE her but i dont DISLIKE her either…maybe TO ME she will never be relevant..but thats jus for me…she may inspire someone else..

Jia, WHY will TT always get love from you on this blog? Have you heard some music from her that we havent?
Pharrell signed TT so she must have skills. When is she gonna show those skills? It has been 3 yrs…does she still have her advance $? It isnt all spent? TT needs to hurry up.
With no music out what makes TT think her lip gloss line will be succesful? Cuz I know she is gonna charge some ridiculus price like $25 4 a small 0.2 oz tube good luck.
