What do you do when you talk about having a skin disease but folks accuse you of bleaching your skin? You post pics, of course.

Tamar Braxton posted photos to her Instagram account showing proof that she really does suffer from vitiligo after fans accused her of using bleach to make her skin lighter.

During an interview with Ebony Magazine, Tamar says that her skin disease is very difficult to deal with and not something she enjoys talking about. Accusations of using various procedures to alter her skin tone, however, has pushed the reality TV star to speak on it…and include illustrations.

Tamar Braxton seems to be living the good life right now. Her new single, The One, is getting a lot of love from fans, and she’s about to be a new mommy with husband, Vincent Herbert. However, everything isn’t so sweet. The singer and reality TV vixen recently talked with Ebony Magazine where she opened about having the skin disease, vitiligo, and says that she hasn’t had nearly as much surgery as folks think she has.

On having vitiligo:

Anybody with skin issues knows that that’s a very sensitive subject. And that’s why I’ve never shared that I have Vitiligo, because I do. I’ve always had it, since I was a young girl. It’s not as bad as others because everybody has it differently, but I’ve certainly had mine diagnosed. That’s why I tan. People say, “You bleach your skin!” But I tan just so I can have a better tone on my skin, boo!
It’s gotten worse since I’ve gotten pregnant. If you shake my hand now, to me it’s more noticeable. But when you get diagnosed with a skin disorder, it’s hard. It does weigh on your self-esteem. It really does. But I’m done defending that. I’m not bleaching my skin and if I was bleaching my skin and I felt like saying so, I would, but for the record, I am not.

On plastic surgery rumors:

I don’t have plastic surgery. I never had plastic surgery. I had a nose procedure done because I had to. I had no cartilage in my nose, I have a piece of cartilage from my ear put into my nose. I had a medical procedure done. I have no plastic in my nose. And when I shared that with the world, now I have Botox, and different kind of fillers. Now I touch my face, which I never touch my face…Everything is real on me. After I have my baby, I might can’t say that everything is real on me. I might get my breasts done. Who knows if my breasts gonna go down to my ankles–I can’t do that!

Eh, if she says she hasn’t carved up her face beyond a nose job, I think that I could believe her. For the most part, the differences in her face seem to be the work of a heavy handed makeup artist. I guess we’ll never know for sure.

After teasing fans with the live version of her second single, The One, back in December, songstress, Tamar Braxton, has officially released the Notorious B.I.G. (Mtume’s Juicy Fruit) sampled track just in time for the summer…

It kinda gives you that feeling when you was in high school and you was with your boyfriend or your girlfriend and you go to the park and you hang out and you get all cutie, and it’s just funners.

A very pregnant, Tamar Braxton, took to the stage last night during BET’s Celebration of Gospel in a white Marc Bouwer gown. The youngest Braxton sister returned to her gospel roots by performing her rendition of Walter Hawkins’ Be Grateful, earning her a standing ovation.

I hope Tamar Braxton wasn’t planning on keeping her unborn baby’s gender a secret for too long, because her pal, Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, has let the cat out of the bag.

In a recent sit down with HipHollywood, they asked Tiny what tidbits she knew about the baby, and the former Xscape singer slipped up and revealed that Tamar and Vince are expecting a little boy.

I know everything about this baby. And I know…I was gonna say what it was. I know the baby’s name. Of course I know what it is, and I’ve seen HIS little face. She has a 4D picture…Oh.

Awwww poor Tiny! Her face was priceless when she realized her slip up, and you could tell she felt so bad. I can’t even imagine how that post-interview phone call to Tamar went.

During a recent stop at Anderson Live, Braxton Family Values star, Tamar Braxton, revealed her pregnancy symptoms, food cravings, and promoted the third season of BFV with her sisters, Trina, Tracy, and Tawanda.

Everybody knows yesterday I announced that I was pregnant. It’s the weirdest thing… Not only do I have cravings, but I get the chills. It just comes out of nowhere, I’m just cold! I have these little butt warmers, they go on your feet, but they are so comfortable.

After spending weeks denying that she and her hubby, Vince, were expecting a baby, Tamar Braxton has finally decided to hit you over the head with the truth by revealing her baby bump!

I love seeing a baby bump! She looks so glowy and happy! It’s great that Vince is finally getting his wish! I don’t even want to imagine what it’d be like if they had a daughter. Whew!

Congratulations to the happy couple! Here’s to wishing them a healthy and happy pregnancy!
