After reading numerous blogs, and comments about her relationship with brother, Lil’ Wayne, Nicki Minaj thought she would clear the air, and let y’all know that she has never hooked up with Lil’ Wayne (off-screen) or any other rapper for that matter…

In a recent interview with MTV News, she says:

When I started being around Young Money, Wayne thought I was shy, but it wasn’t that I was shy, I just didn’t want anybody to think I was easy. No matter what my lyrics were saying, when I got around these guys, I was a prude, because I didn’t want anyone in this game to ever be able to say ‘I had s*x with her’ or ‘when she needed a deal, she had to…’ No, not one single man in this industry can say that and I pride myself on that. That’s the only bit of advice I would give the up-and-coming female rappers. You could be as sexy as you want, but just maintain your dignity around these guys.

Nicki Minaj has brought her love of the color pink into a new partnership with Beats by Dre. The femcee will appear in a campaign for their special edition, pink Beats Pill speaker; and if you look closely enough, you’ll find it in her latest video, High School, too.

Nicki’s commercial will officially debut during this Wednesday’s episode of American Idol, but until then, check out a behind-the-scenes peek of the shoot below.

Controversial American Idol judge, Nicki Minaj, recently sat down with MTV First, where she opened up about her two guest appearances on Ciara’s forthcoming album, One Woman Army, Lil’ Wayne’s sex appeal, and how despite her lackluster Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up album sales, she’s an underrated femcee who’s better than most male rappers…

I care less about the acceptance and more about me being the lyrical, ill b*tch that I am, knowing that I am lyrically better than most of the male rappers out there — Yes, I’m gonna say it… I don’t get the credit that I deserve. Men run the hip hop game, let’s be honest.

On being an underrated femcee:

When I look at my verses and the wordplay and the metaphors and all that stuff, outside of a hot new artist or a hot new song, I’ve put in my work lyrically, and people act like it doesn’t exist. With all that said, there’s nothing to do but keep it moving. Before, I used to get upset about it but now it drives me. I’m gonna keep on playing, keep on having fun and keep on giving my fans what they expect from me, which is greatness. I’m not going to allow that to deter me. I’m super duper excited to get back into the studio.

On working with Ciara:

People are going to love [Ciara's] new album. I love it. I was supposed to only do one song for her album, and I think I’m going to end up doing two because I just love what she’s doing. I’m so proud and I’m really excited for people to hear it.

On Lil’ Wayne playing her love interest in ‘High School’:

We kept on laughing the whole time. He was like, ‘Stop laughing.’ And I was like, ‘Alright.’ And I would burst out laughing again… Wayne said that we had to kiss. He was like, ‘Yo, one thing that’s gonna sell it is that if we really kiss.’ And I was like, ‘ehhhh.’ Not only is he my boss, but he’s also my brother… Wayne is still so sexy. I texted Wayne, I was like, ‘Yo, you gon’ have all the chicks back on your… when this video come out’. He looks like a piece of art because he’s all tatted up, and it’s just so sexy, black and beautiful.

The Head Barb takes her relationship with Weezy from business to personal in the sexy clip, and there’s definitely no shortage of that signature booty either.

When it comes to her current run as a judge on American Idol, clearly Nicki Minaj said, ‘F*ck being humble.’

During a recent conference call, she was asked to rate her judging performance thus far, and not surprisingly, the femcee gave herself glowing marks.

“My best and worst Idol moments? I don’t have a worst Idol moment,” the 30-year-old rapper said. “I’ve been spectacular. Yes, I am going to toot my own horn. And then my best moment is every single moment. I’ll toot it again!”

She also talked about the initial reservations that she had when first signing on for the show.

“I didn’t know what to expect going in to the show. I was so nervous. I had a lot of anxiety. I felt like, ‘Okay, I know everybody’s just going to hate me,’” she recalled. “There were moments in the audition process that I would say to the producers, ‘I can’t do this anymore. If everyone is going to give a good critique and I’m going to be the only one being honest, then America is going to hate me. I’m going to be seen as mean.’ And the producers said, ‘Nicki, trust us, America is going to appreciate the honesty.’ And that’s all I had to go on.”

Now I haven’t personally caught an episode since the auditions, so I really can’t critique Nicki’s judging skills, but I wouldn’t call arriving late to a live taping spectacular.

Say what you want about Nicki Minaj’s ass, tits, teeth, nose, and skin color, but lay off the hair because underneath all the wigs, it’s the real deal.

Nicki tweeted a ‘length check’ photo to her fans last night with the caption, “Long hair, don’t care. Hang Time! I’ma wear it out when it touches my ass!”

I can’t say that I’m surprised by this. For whatever reason, there seems to be quite a few people of the world who believe that Black women can’t grow long hair and that we have to wear extensions to achieve certain looks. The girl is an entertainer, so protecting those tresses with wigs is an understandable must.

Looks like she has a head full, you guys. Nothing else to see here!

Just a week before suffering multiple seizures and being rushed to the hospital, Lil Wayne was on set with Nicki Minaj, filming the video for her latest track, High School.

In the behind-the-scenes clip we see Nicki chop it up with both Weezy and Baby, flaunt her ass-ets in various swimsuits, and for whatever reason, get carried around set by someone I’m assuming is her bodyguard.

I’m actually loving this toned down look Miss Minaj has been going with lately, but I still could do without the diva attitude.
