Nicki Minaj gives fans a quick behind-the-scenes look at her upcoming ‘Shop My Way’ collection launching this Fall at Kmart. The former American Idol judge takes cameras along as she hits up the design studio with her team to go over some of the latest samples. The collection will include a slew of printed skater dresses, graphic leggings, puffy vests, and cropped tops…

There are some dresses that I’m obsessing over already. Just the shapes of them, they tuck you in in the right places, and they enhance the right places… Comfortable equals confident. I’m doing this for women in general to feel beautiful and sexy, and any woman can wear it and feel confident.

Busta Rhymes is the latest artist to grab a fresh feature from Nicki Minaj, and you can catch her on the remix to his new track, #TwerkIt.

Onika shows a bit of her Trini roots on her bars, bringing some island flavor to the Pharrell-produced cut.

Say what you want about Nicki Minaj, but you can’t say she’s not a smart business woman. The femcee already has her own fragrance and apparel lines, and is now expanding her brand even further as part owner and the face of Myx Fusions Moscato.

“I am so excited to team with the Myx brand,” says Minaj. “I have no doubt that it will be number one. It’s a great-tasting, amazing product that people will love. It’s not even a hard sell. Myx Fusions gives us an opportunity to revolutionize the wine industry.”

Love & Hip Hop creator, Mona Scott-Young, is also part owner and Chief Marketing Officer for Myx, and has expressed her excitement for Nicki endorsing the product.

“The collaboration between Nicki Minaj and Myx Fusions is a game changer,” said Mona Scott-Young, part owner and Chief Marketing Officer for the brand. “Nicki is an innovative trendsetter and has the ability to energize the masses. Nicki Minaj and Lil’ Kim have had a pretty public beef for quite some time now, so it was kind of surprising to hear Nicki openly admit that Kim was one of her faves when she was coming up.

During her recent stop at Hot 97, Nicki was asked who her favorite femcee was, and she shouted out some of the big female names who have lead the way.

Ummm my favorite…Foxy, Kim, Lauryn, and then Remy. Like, when you know Remy came out, I was very, very excited about her. But you know with the Foxy, Kim, and Remy, they were all from New York too.

She also gave props to both Missy Elliott and Left Eye as well.

With Hot 97′s annual Summer Jam just around the corner, you may recall the fiasco that occurred last year with headliner, Nicki Minaj. Shortly before she was scheduled to hit the stage, Nicki pulled out because of comments made in regards to her music, by morning show host, Peter Rosenberg.

It looks like time has finally helped heal those wounds a bit though, because Nicki actually stopped by the legendary radio station and squashed the beef with Rosenberg. In true Minaj fashion, she got in plenty of jabs at the DJ, but she also admitted that she should’ve just sucked it up and performed.

In hindsight, I should have just did the show. I wish I would have come out.

The visit wasn’t all just Summer Jam talk either. The Pink Friday femcee chatted about what’s on her agenda for the near future, including filming The Other Woman with Cameron Diaz.

It’s been four years since we’ve heard any new music from R&B crooner, Mario, but he’s back with his new Polow Da Don-produced single, Somebody Else, featuring YMCMB pop rapper, Nicki Minaj. The track is set to be featured on his forthcoming fifth studio album due sometime this year.

I hope this new song breathes new life into R&B and where I’m gonna take it!

I had absolutely NO plans of watching this years Billboard Music Awards, but after seeing THIS performance by Miguel in his stretchless jeans and kitten heels (with the pointy toe, thank you), I am SO glad that I did.
