The other night, I was tuned in to Oprah’s Life Class Tour where TD Jakes was the guest. During the powerful episode, Bishop Jakes said that the unwillingness to forgive is like a cancer in that it has the ability to move to other parts of your body (in this case having a negative impact on your mental well being, emotions, etc) if you don’t learn to take control.

The episode inspired me to talk about my own trouble with forgiving in ONE specific situation. I haven’t had nearly as much trouble forgiving certain people and situations but this one thing honestly has me in a choke hold.

Check out my video (warning, it’s almost 30 minutes long) and post your thoughts on forgiveness. Are you generally a person who forgives easily or do you hold grudges forever without even a chance of letting go?
