The take off and landing that never should’ve happened is getting a little more serious by the week.

According to TMZ, Khyati Shah (the girl who graciously but unexpectedly received Miguel’s taint to her dome) is displaying symptoms that are consistent with brain damage. This ain’t gonna end well at all.

Vip Bhola, Shah’s lawyer, says, “Some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury.”

Bhola says BMA responded to the accident with a pathetic gesture — an ice pack designed to soothe a bruised elbow. The attorney insists his client should have been rushed to the hospital.

Bhola tells us his client is waiting for test results from a neurologist. When the results are in — sometime next week — Khyati will decide if a lawsuit is in the cards.

Calls to Miguel and the BMA producers were not returned.

Here’s to hoping that Miguel doesn’t feel inspired to attempt this shit again!

Looks like Black people aren’t the only ones judging you right now, Miguel.

In what had to be the STUPIDEST stunt pulled on TV in 2013 thus far, the singer could now possibly face a lawsuit for the crash landing that has allegedly caused the victim difficulties weeks after.

Khyati Shah—the audience member who was accidentally landed on by the singer during his performance at the Billboard Music Awards a few weeks back—is now “considering” legal action.

Shah’s attorney, Vip Bhola, tells E! News exclusively that a decision will be made soon on whether to file a lawsuit against Miguel pending Khyati’s most recent medical results. He noted that the fan has been experiencing “difficulties” as a result of the incident.

“We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” Bhola told E! News, declining to give a timeline on when any civil action might be filed.

The attorney also added that he has not spoken to the performer’s legal representatives, but did leave open the possibility of a settlement.

Shortly after he crash-landed on top of her during a poorly timed jump across the stage, Khyati was all smiles in an interview alongside the crooner while holding an ice pack on her elbow.

In the same interview, Miguel called her his “new friend,” and lamented they met under “not the best circumstances” but promised he’d make it up to her.

He later tweeted, “got caught up in the moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay,” only to delete the post the next day.

Bhola added that Khyati was in “shock and star struck” after the awards ceremony when she was interviewed, but that her medical condition has since worsened in the days after.

A rep for Miguel was unavailable for comment.

Miguel probably isn’t have the best luck with his feet these days. After using them for take off and crash landing his nuts on two unsuspecting fans’ faces, he may have now inserted at least one in his mouth. Or did he?

During a mini twitter rant earlier, Miguel said that Black people should chill out on the judgment.

Im proud of my heritage but honestly, black people are the most judgmental people in the world. Shits sad man. We’ve been conditioned, pre-programmed to hate ourselves. That’s why I appreciate those who choose to think and act for themselves regardless of ethnicity or culture. The problem can not be fixed until the problem is recognized. Not everyone is the same thank goodness. And obviously, I love all my fans. Of course EVERYONE is judgemental. I just PERSONALLY believe WE are the most critical of our own.

Miguel isn’t likely to live down his ‘epic fail’ moment from this past weekend’s Billboard Music Awards anytime soon, but what about the girl that fell victim to the Adorn singer’s body slam?

Well no worries, because the unlucky fan, an audience member named Khyati, is doing just fine, and actually met up with Miguel backstage after the incident.

Billboard caught up with the both of them, and you could tell Miguel felt really horrible, while Khyati seemed to be in great spirits. I mean, I guess she does have quite the story to tell now, right?

I had absolutely NO plans of watching this years Billboard Music Awards, but after seeing THIS performance by Miguel in his stretchless jeans and kitten heels (with the pointy toe, thank you), I am SO glad that I did.

In case you missed it during last night’s episode of American Idol, Mariah Carey has officially dropped the visuals for her Miguel-assisted single, Beautiful.

In the clip, Mimi and Miguel cozy up together on a motorcycle ride, and later, Mariah gives her collaborator a bit of a show while he kicks back in sexy, red convertible.

After releasing the flop that was Triumphant, Mariah Carey has regrouped, and delivered us a track that is definitely single-worthy.

#Beautiful is the latest effort from Mimi, and she’s enlisted fellow crooner, Miguel, for a little help on the song.

The duo have already shot a video for the single as well, and it’s set to debut on this Wednesday’s episode of American Idol.

Pop Diva turned American Idol judge, Mariah Carey, teases fans with a clip of her new single/video, Beautiful, featuring R&B crooner, Miguel.

I haven’t been a fan of Mariah’s recent attempts at the music charts, but I have a hard time resisting any track with Miguel’s assist.
