Whoever said romance is dead clearly hasn’t met Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon.

Mimi took to Twitter to share some pics of her intimate Valentine’s celebration, and they are definitely enough to make most of us say ‘Awwwwwwwww.’ From the Central Park carriage ride, to the candlelit bubble bath, Mr. and Mrs. Carey Cannon went all out for the evening.

I’ll admit, when they first tied the knot almost five years ago, I was super skeptical of their relationship, but it’s pretty clear now that they’re truly in love.

A Carmex free Nick Cannon stopped by Power 105′s Breakfast Club to talk about Mariah Carey being a regular chick, how Kim Kardashian’s dishonesty was her downfall, and much more!

On Mariah Carey being a regular girl and shedding her diva image in private:
If you really know her, she ain’t like that at all. She’s super regular and that’s the thing that’s crazy. You get a pleasant surprise when she’s mad normal. That’s probably one of the things that helped me fall for her so hard b/c she’s mad regular and people don’t know that…especially when you reach that level. YOu’re use to other people treating you a certain type of way. She embraced the fact that I treated her normal and I was surprised that she was normal, so we just clicked like that.

He also said that they waited until they got married to have sex.

As crazy as it sounds, we waited. I was knocking so many other chicks down…and she understood too. She was like ‘Look I see what you’re doing out there, but if you’re gonna come over here, it’s a whole different ball game!’

He also says that he respects women who choose to be open about their ho shit and says that Kim Kardashian’s lack of honesty was the downfall for them and their relationship.

With the new season of American Idol set to debut next week, it seems like focus has quickly shifted back to the on-set drama between new hosts, Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj.

Last night, Entertainment Tonight’s Rocsi Diaz sat down with Mimi for a bit of an exclusive, asking the diva just how messy things got between the two.

I can’t even discuss those types of things. Here’s what I meant by messy moments. You just have to adapt, and I think my thing is, I have to be myself. And if that means in that moment I don’t hear you, I don’t see you, you don’t exist to me at this moment. That’s what it is.

Welp, there you have it. I swear I’ll be tuning in at least a few times this season just to catch all of the shade we already know Mariah will be throwing!

Mariah Carey and fellow American Idol judge, Nicki Minaj, have put their differences aside… for now, but that won’t stop Mariah from revealing for the first time what really went down between the two on the set of AI. The pop diva recently sat down with Barbara Walters in her New York apartment to open up about Nicki’s threats of violence against her, hiring extra security, Dem babies, and husband, Nick Cannon’s health.

It felt like an unsafe work environment. Anytime anybody’s reeling threats at somebody, you know, it’s not appropriate. I’m a professional. I’m not used to that type of environment… Sitting there on the road with two babies, I’m not gonna take any chances, so yeah, I did hire more security.

Mariah Carey is currently spending the holidays in Aspen rocking her natural curls. Is anyone else excited to see the shade she’ll throw this season on American Idol? MC is notorious for saying what’s on her mind, and it’ll be interesting to actually SEE the shade that we’ve been hearing so much about.

I still haven’t found the time for Rita Ora. The blonde Roc Nation singer was also spotted wearing a curly look for a performance at the Highline Ballroom in New York. She still hasn’t bothered answering those pesky allegations by Rob Kardashian. Eh, I guess she figures why bother?

I don’t know what it is about Howard Stern, but he really has a way of getting his guests to open up about any and everything they shouldn’t necessarily be sharing with the world.

In a recent interview with Nick Cannon, the shock jock asked about sex with Mariah, and how the couple didn’t engage in any sexual activity before they were married (granted, it was only six weeks). Nick held nothing back when answering, saying he wasn’t concerned about Mariah being bad in bed, because it was MARIAH CAREY.

I mean it was Mariah Carey…If Mariah Carey gave a bad blowjob, I’m still going in.

He then went on to sing the praises of his wifey’s music, even admitting that every now and then he’ll masturbate to a Mimi track…his favorite being Hero.

Now I’m all for supporting your spouse, but I have a feeling Mariah doesn’t bust out her vibrator while watching Drumline, but do you Nick!

Last night, newly enlisted American Idol judge and pop icon, Mariah Carey, surprised the studio audience by joining Jimmy Fallon and The Roots in the Late Night music room to sing her Christmas classic, All I Want For Christmas Is You. The singing sensation was joined by a few kids and elementary school instruments as she put a spin on her famous holiday anthem.

The holiday season doesn’t seem official until Mariah performs All I Want for Christmas is You.

Mimi and her cleavage took the stage at Rockefeller Center last night for the taping of NYC’s annual tree lighting ceremony. The American Idol judge’s short set included a rendition of her Christmas classic as well as a new seasonal track, Christmas Time is in the Air Again. (And it wouldn’t be a true Mariah performance without a costume change, right?)

The full special, Christmas in Rockefeller Center, will air on NBC tonight at 8pm. Will you guys be tuning in?
