Funny man, Kevin Hart, probably wasn’t doing too much laughing Sunday morning, because he was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles.

Via TMZ:

According to the California Highway Patrol, officers spotted the comedian driving in a black Mercedes on the 101 Freeway at around 4:30 AM PT. The CHP says he was “driving erratic,” “going 90 MPH” and “almost collided with a gas tanker truck.”

The CHP says when they pulled Hart over, he showed “objective signs of intoxication” and was “unable to perform field sobriety tests.”

He was booked into a local jail for misdemeanor DUI just before 6:00 AM PT and posted a $5,000 bond.

Paparazzi caught up with Kevin as he was leaving the jail, and unlike most celebs that have been in his shoes, he completely owned up to the fact that he was drunk. Obviously, driving under the influence isn’t to be taken lightly, but at least the comedian can admit that he messed up.

Goodness gracious….

Diddy recently had a Ustream chat session with Kevin Hart & Usher where the Ciroc mighta got him a little loose (no pun). And what happens next may be something he can’t easily recover from.

When Usher walks into the room, Diddy stands up to greet him.

That’s my brother right here, from day one we used to wake up, and — I mean, damn, pause. But, like check this out…

Realizing that he might’ve had a little unforgivable slip (and the look on Usher’s face), he tries to clean up but seems to have only dug himself into a deeper hole (seriously, no pun).

Back in the days, when he was like ten and I was a little bit older, his older brother…we used to fight over the Frosted Flakes. Ya know what I’m saying, before pause was invented.

Ya know what I’m saying, this is my brother for real. We used to actually wrestle off of the, off of the, Frosted Flakes. Because he used to always get up earlier than me, and now he’s one of the richest stars in the world – and I love him.

As most of you know, part of Usher’s story includes living in New York (without his mother) with Diddy to help jumpstart his career. Did Diddy spill a little tea, or did he just have an awkward, alcohol induced moment that could’ve easily happened to anyone?

Kevin Hart’s response made me laugh even harder! Poor Diddy….

Kevin Hart is back with another hilarious promo after being named this year’s host of the MTV Video Music Awards.

This time he confronts singer, Taylor Swift, about writing break up songs that have to do with him and their relationship. When the singer looks confused and says they’ve barely even met, Hart breaks out a horribly Photoshopped photo of the two of them together.

Some of you may remember the original cast of The Real Husbands of Hollywood skit from the 2011 BET awards featuring Kevin Hart, Nick Carey, Jermaine Dupri, Nelly and Bobby Brown. Well, BET has just ordered 10 episodes of the series and plan on making it a scripted/improv sitcom starring returning husbands, Kevin Hart, Nelly and Nick Carey as well as some newer additions, Boris Kodjoe, Duane Martin, Faizon Love and Robin Thicke.

The series is going to be directed by Stan Lathan and has no air date as of yet.

With the way artists have been dropping teasers and trailers lately, you’d think they were producing some huge, blockbuster films instead of plain ol’ music videos.

Trey Songz is the latest to jump on the sneak peek bandwagon, releasing a trailer for his upcoming Hail Mary video. The sexy, football themed visuals include comedian, Kevin Hart, as well as collaborators, Lil Wayne and Young Jeezy.

After the huge success of Think Like a Man, and his upcoming hosting gig at this year’s VMAs, it’s safe to say Kevin Hart is steadily climbing his way up the Hollywood ladder. Regardless of how much mainstream attention the short-statured comedian gets though, he wants you to know that he’ll still always win in a good, old fashioned, shit talking session.

Kevin was spotted backstage at Meek Mill’s Dreams & Nightmares tour in Los Angeles, and went in on everybody in the room. The jokes started with Meek, and somehow managed to make it through his entire entourage. Some of his one-liners definitely had me cracking up!
