Eminem Dre 500x333 Dr. Dre Makes a Cameo on Eminems Japanese Tour

Fans in attendance at Eminem’s show last night in Tokyo were in for a big surprise.

After taking the stage at QVC Marine Field, Marshall treated the crowd to a special guest performance from his friend and mentor, Dr. Dre. The hip hop legend kept it short and sweet, giving a quick performance of The Next Episode and leaving the rest of the evening for Em to shine.

While I can’t say that I’ve loved anything that Eminem has put out in the past couple of years, I still would have killed to see this live. The 2001-era Dre and Em were unstoppable!

Check out the performance below, and post your thoughts.

When I first heard that Rick Ross dropped a video for this track, I immediately thought, “Props to him for actually pulling that one off,” but unfortunately, I spoke too soon.

Since I’m sure Ross couldn’t manage to get all ’3 Kings’ on set together, he did the next best thing, and created a best-of, black and white montage. The video features both classic and recent footage of the emcees, along with other random clips that relate to the lyrics. Some of the classic bits of Dre and Jay-Z will definitely send you down memory lane!

What do you guys think of the video? Is it a creative concept or just a cheap way out? Post your thoughts!

3 Kings New Music: Rick Ross ft. Dr. Dre & Jay Z, 3 Kings

Ladies and gentleman, this is what it sounds like when hip hop royalty collaborates.

Rick Ross has enlisted the help of two heavy-hitters for his latest track, and no I’m not talking about his double Ds. Dr. Dre and Jay-Z join Rozay for his new single, 3 Kings, and the title speaks for itself.

All three emcees hold their own on this Jake One-produced cut, but Hov’s verse is by far my fave!

Are you guys feelin’ it?
