Rihanna may have forgiven Chris Brown, but it seems the rest of the world is not going to let them forget the domestic violence incident that transpired that night back in 2009. Law & Order: SVU plans on using their upcoming episode, My Funny Valentine, to reenact the events that led up to the demise of their turbulent relationship the first go around…

According to the episode’s description:

A promising singer is brutally attacked by her boyfriend, a popular hip hop star. ADA Barba (guest star Raul Esparza) works to build a case, but the victim refuses to aid the prosecution and, despite Detective Benson’s (Mariska Hargitay) best efforts, continues to put herself in danger. The case quickly spirals into a media circus, perpetrated by both the defendant and his uncompromising attorney (guest star Jeffrey Tambor) … Special appearances by Perez Hilton, Dave Navarro and Wendy Williams.

According to TMZ, a french model by the name of Romain Julien has filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown, Drake and the W.i.P. Nightclub for the injuries he allegedly suffered during the bottle-throwing brawl that took place last June in New York City.

Both Chris and Drake have filed legal docs against each other (both proclaiming their innocence), asking the judge to make the other one responsible for any damages.

In other news, Chris has supposedly released his new single, Lipstick On The Glass. It doesn’t sound much like Chris to me… until the second verse, but it’s been all over the net so you be the judge…

Chris Brown is due back in court April 5 over allegedly faking his community service hours, and this is definitely not going to help his case.

Richmond, Virginia Police Chief, Bryan Norwood has officially put in his resignation, and he just so happens to be the authority figure that signed off on all of Breezy’s community service hours, stemming from the 2009 Rihanna incident.

The embattled police chief of Richmond, Va., resigned today, after he was accused of sloppy work that allowed Chris Brown to allegedly fake his way through community service.

Bryan Norwood, who had been his city’s top cop since 2008, came under intense scrutiny last week when Los Angeles prosecutors said R&B crooner Brown logged hours of work in Richmond that he couldn’t have possibly done. [...]

Richmond police allegedly signed off on Brown’s claims that he picked up trash in that city, on days when the recording artist was partying across the globe, LA prosecutors said.

Brown claimed he picked up trash in Richmond between 9 a.m and 5 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2011. But Department of Homeland Security records showed Brown cleared customs at Dulles International Airport, 120 miles away, at 6:44 a.m. that day, after landing from Dubai, LA prosecutors said.

“It would be unreasonable to believe that after a 12-13 hour flight, the defendant rushed through … early morning rush traffic, traveled directly to Richmond in just over two hours, and then worked eight straight hours picking up trash,” Deputy DA Mary Murray wrote.

Then Brown claimed he picked up trash in Richmond on March 15, last year, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Again, Homeland Security records appeared to contradict Brown, who jetted off to Cancun at 4 p.m. that same day, LA officials said.

The DA in the case is asking for all of the hours Breezy clocked in Virginia to be thrown out, and require him to complete them in Los Angeles instead.

SMH I have a feeling we may be seeing Christopher scooping up trash again in the near future…

Nothing these two do really surprises me anymore, so I’m not going to pretend like this news shocked me one bit.

Breezy was due in court today over allegations that he faked the majority of his community service hours (stemming from the infamous 2009 Rihanna incident), and guess who was right there supporting him? That’s right, RiRi put on her ride or die hat and sat quietly in the courtroom alongside Chris’ mother, Joyce.

I’m not sure if Rih showing her support helped or hurt Chris’ case, but apparently the judge needs more time to do some digging. He ordered Breezy to meet with his PO within 48 hours, and set a follow up court date for April 5.

Frank Ocean took to his Tumblr account earlier today to release a statement regarding his now infamous parking lot brawl with Chris Brown.

Although, he doesn’t give any new details about what went down that night, he does say that he will NOT be pressing criminal charges or filing a civil lawsuit against Chris…
