R. Kelly Goes in on Trey Songz
Good lawd! I guess R. Kelly must still feel some type-a way about Trey Songz song he made called Death of Kellz. In it, he basically says that the old R. Kelly is dead and asked where he was. Oops! Nonetheless, peep the interview by Skee TV with Kellz where he talks about why he’s not going to bother beefin’ with Songz. Oh boy!

I couldn't even finish the whole interview. I know R. Kelly is illiterate so I give him the benefit of the doubt but he's sounding like that character in Martin Lawrence's You So Crazy: "What I have learned is..you gotta be a better man to teach the other man…and we cannot grow until we…what I'm trying to say is…you got $5 I can borrow?
Trey should have a right to his opinion. Kellz should take a page of out of Jay-z's playbook and just ignore him. But whatever. On to the next one.

#Realtalk, I like chicks so they are who I pay the most attention to. Dont really get down too much with the male entertainers. And even with my wifey Hilson a track I refuse to support any efforts this man puts forth.
That being said, Trey been in the game for a min now but he's just gettin recognition. And even though R may have a lil more experience that doesnt mean someone with less experience isn't entitled to their opinion. Hot music is hot music, regardless of who or where it comes from.

I think all music beef is childish, however, since this is being brought up, I'll speak. I agree With Kellz when he says before you take shots at me, you need to bring something to the table. [my own words, yes] Kellz been in the game for a minute, so Trey has no right to step to him on what he's doing. just saying. Meanwhile, I thought Trey was better than that to start beef. Some ol kid sh*t.

Trey doesn't look bad, b/c he's completely entitled to his opinion – as an artist, as a fan and as a man. DOA wasn't a beef starter, I think he was just venting. I feel the same way as far as Kels not representing for real music like he used to. His music is now just …. trendy – the same trend as everyone else. R. Kelly already commented months ago on this issue and he said 20 years ago he would have responded, so he should have left it at that.

i'm not a r.kelly fan , but he is dead on , he's been in the game at a top level for a long time , and trey is irrelevant at best .

Trey is on his 3rd failed CD. How he going to give advice to a multi-platinum artist. Trey need to be worried about getting dropped from his label. They can only lose but so much money.

Keeping it purely real take R. Kelly's personal life out of the equation. What has Trey Songz done musically that's innovative? Trey has released 3 albums and has yet to sell 1 million all together. Not trying to down play his talent but Kellz marketing is obviously better and not to mention the talent that Kellz has worked with as well and written for. Whether you like Kelz are not in the words of Jay-Z "Men lie. Women lie. Numbers don't." Kellz has six #1 albums, 11 #1 singles, and 12 consecutive multi-platinum albums. Trey better sit down before Kellz catalog and wallet smash him and fix his teeth.
