*UPDATE: Apparently the Twitter account under Neffe’s name does NOT belong to her. Readers have reported that Neffe called into V-103 on 8/4/09 and stated that the account does NOT belong to her and that she does not have time for Twitter.

You know that Twitter is the place to be for the afterhours drama, right? One of my followers retweeted a twit (Jesus be the vessel for new words) that Neffe posted giving out Kim Zolciak’s real number. For legal purposes, I won’t REPOST Kim’s number BUT I must ask…what the hell is a network vs network reality show beef? Really? Obviously, Kim fired back threatening legal action and blah blah blah. But to be perfectly honest with you, I think that I was a bit more disturbed by Kim’s publicist (Jonathan Jaxson) jumping in the mix and referring to Neffe as girl. Something about that made me feel some type-a way…

I posted about this story two months ago and here’s the conclusion…kinda. What were they thinking anyway?

TMZ has learned the city of New York officially cracked down on the tattoo parlor where Rihanna illegally inked a few people back in July.

The day after Rihanna made her mark, East Side Ink was issued a citation by the the NYC Department of Health for “operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist on site.”

It’s unclear how much the tat shop had to pay in fines, but we’re told it could run anywhere between $200-$2000.

Now see…this is why everybody should NOT be allowed to have a Twitter account. It looks like Slick ‘Em of Pretty Rick wasn’t pleased with letting Spectangular get all the shine (Click HERE for the dreadful reminder). He took to his Twitter page to display his own vienna sausage for the pre-pubescent babes of the world. If he don’t look all awkward and square…It’s a sad state of affairs when people are posting pics in their draws for attention. Where’s @freshalina’s infamous Lil’ Mama sad face when you need it.

I don’t find this surprising one bit. I think that everybody (both male AND female) has been involved in a not-so-good relationship but at the end of it all, still managed to have some feelings for that person. It just happens.

Even though her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown was convicted of viciously attacking her, Rihanna not only doesn’t think the restraining order — which keeps him at a safe distance for the next five years — is not needed, but she still hasn’t given up on the idea of taking him back.

“Chris really wants to see her,” says Rihanna’s friend. Indeed, in last night’s interview with CNN’s Larry King, Chris admitted that being apart has been “difficult,” but “we’ll always be friends.”

Rihanna’s pal adds that despite all that’s passed between them — and despite her recent flirtation with rapper Aubrey “Drake” Graham at Katy Perry’s Aug. 30 post-concert party at H.wood nightclub — Rihanna still has feelings for her ex.

“She gets missing Chris and the s**t starts all over. A kiss and a slap, a kiss and a slap. Right now, she’s feeling strong. But she’s switched gears in the past and taken him back.”
