Chris Brown took to his Say Now account to address his fans, pleading with them for their help in getting the radio stations to begin showing a little love again. According to Breezy, they’re just not playing his records anymore. He goes on to say that he can NOT be an underground artist, followed be a request to his fans to call their local radio stations and ask them to play his music. What do you guys think of this? While I do believe that he probably is feeling a slight sting due to his incident with Rihanna, I also believe that a LOT of artists are feeling the downward spiral of the music industry right now. Several artists’ record sales are suffering. What do you guys think?
When I first moved to Atlanta back in 2004, one of the most eventful nights that I had in the city was when my guy friend took me out to Apache Cafe to listen to some spoken word. Before that point, I had never seen anyone perform in person…only on TV. But I instantly became a fan after the first few people went up and things are no different today. Meet Mz Skribble, a poetess based here in Atlanta who says I don’t write pretty…I just write life. Stacey Dash stopped by Jamie Foxx’s show, The Foxxhole, where she talked about f*cking on the first date. Dash states that she wants to find out up front if the sex is bad and if it is, she BOUNCES! Wow! Never heard a female (celebrity) openly speak on this.
This brings me to my question: Do you guys think that a woman is still respected if she has the same attitude that Stacey has? I know that there is a HUGE double standard regarding women and waiting. Additionally, if you think that f*cking on the first date is wrong, do you put a time frame on WHEN you do the horizontal two step? How long? I’d especially love to hear from my male readers on this one!

Dear Miss Jia,
I won’t make this letter long and drawn out but I just need answers on what to do. I have been dating this guy for over two years and while things are great, we’re nowhere near the point of marriage or anything like that…at least in MY eyes we’re not. While I do love him to death, I still feel that we both have a lot of growing up to do. I’m 24, he’s 25. About two weeks ago, I started feeling a little queasy, took a pregnancy test and found out that I was pregnant.
