Apparently the 14 year old daughter of Alec Baldwin is a big fan of Lil’ Wayne because they had this cake baked up for her to celebrate her birthday. This cake is doing THE ABSOLUTE most. Licorice hair, tats on deck? iCan’t…not this Friday! And the caption from D-Listed was hilarious:
