Lawd, Asher Roth…

Asher Roth has already been in the news for making questionable remarks regarding Blacks (click HERE if you forgot), so it’s not extremely surprising that he’s back for round 2. He posted the above twit regarding President Barack Obama’s Nobel Peace prize win.

But I guess since he’s allegedly dating a “nappy headed ho,” these types of remarks are okay, right? (Click HERE)

    #FAIL……wats this muhfukahs address?

  2. Kale Says:

Another ignoramous speaking on something he knows nothing about.

Obama has opened the lines of communications between this country and countries that are considered our enemies.
    He is promoting PEACE.

America is once again respected by other Nations.
His story and come up are inspirational to people all over the world.

Self centered people in this country fail to recognize that the Nobel Peace Prize takes into consideration actions done to change the WORLD.
It's not the Nobel Peace Prize for America.

He is in the process of clearing up 8+ years of mess.
I don't know how you would expect him to do that in less than a year……..

Asher Roth and other critics need to shut their mouths.

see why yall need to stop giving these fools "black cards"…. they get too comfortable and start speaking all reckless

  3. Until Then.. Says:

Let me start out by saying I supported Obama, and voted for Obama. But if he was for peace wouldn't he of got us out of the war instead of putting more people in? Obama has done NOTHING but talk this whole time, you tell me one thing big he has done. *Cricket cricket*

  4. ... Says:

how is this comment anything against blacks? it's a true statement. obama was nominated for the prize by the february 1st deadline, before he had even served 2 weeks as president or accomplished ANYTHING internationally. it's a slap in the face to everyone else in the running who devoted their entire lives to huge international contributions, and futher fuels the GOP's fire that obama is nothing but a showhorse who is lucky as hell to have some black blood in him.

    damn shame…

  5. royaltyz Says:

he went to campaign for the 2016 olympics for his hometown …..LMAO , i supported obama also , but he's looking more like a celebrity and less like a president lately

  6. Shaneice Says:

Here we go. I think he's automatically denied equality for his statement about the fact that he mentioned 'nappy headed hoes'. B*tch, your girl is one, for goodness sake. Ol' racist contradictory piece of sh*t, you disust me.

As far as Obama, why can't he get the nobel piece prize? Sheesh. As far as issues that are far past his head, it takes time to work out the details. I remember him saying he'd get the people out the war before his term was up, meaning he still has a little less than 4 years to go. Ok, I'm done.

  7. Shay Says:

Fuck him. I thought he was cool, guess not!

  8. ... Says:

"and if being the first black president in itself is not enough then what is?"

do you have any idea how totally ignorant that sounds? like because his father who he never saw was kenyan (NOT african american, mind you), it should just "be enough". wtf? who gives a shit?

  9. ... Says:

the nappy headed hoe comment was WRONG and terrible and racist… but it's also wrong to spin this comment as if it's racist. it's sad that in america people have always been able to express dissent and political difference, but now in the age of obama, they can't anymore without it being turned into something race-related.

  10. swoop Says:

I dont see how this comment makes him racist. What he said is correct. Obama hasn't warranted a Peace Prize. That was totally bogus in itself. It is supposed to go to people who have actually done something, not made promises. That is like me saying that I promise to find a cure for cancer and get the Peace Prize but have yet to actually find the cure. It defeats the purpose of the Prize. I feel that he should have gotten it about 3 or 4 years from now when we could actually see what he has done. It was entirely too soon.

PS I am an Obama supporter.

  11. theyallwantme Says:

We give people so much power by steadily talking about their ignorant comments. It's extremely obvious he did this for attention, because his song is no longer in rotation….duh!

  12. Mark Dub Says:

One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone speaks out of ignorance. Had he done a little research, then he would've known precisely what the Nobel committee votes on when selecting a candidate. But once again, a kid coming from a position of privilege, is speaking on some shit he knows NO-THING about. Typical. Ass-hat.

  13. ... Says:

or maybe he DID do his research, and found out the award was given to him for "extraordinary efforts on the international stage"……he was nominated before the deadline of february 1st. what extraordinary things had he done internationally in his 2 weeks in office? please, come one. reagan nearly single-handedly ended the cold war and is credited with the tearing of the berlin wall and he didn't get it. woodrow wilson and theodore roosevelt were the only other presidents to do so, and you're telling me he accomplished what they did in 2 weeks? there's nooo justifying that. other people in the running had devoted their ENTIRE LIVES to international efforts. this was purely political.

  14. @CD87 Says:

I'm not mad at him. Cuz honestly I'm still trying to figure out what exactly Obama got the prize for. Was it really just a speech?! Because he said we SHOULD do something and hasn't actually done it yet, he gets a Nobel Peace Prize?! Well, hell let me get up before congress or the UN and started talking about what we SHOULD do maybe I could get one too…I just thought you had to do more than that to get one of those. But if not…congrats Obama. *rolls eyes*

  15. J-T Says:

    You better tell em!!!

  16. J-T Says:

Do I think Obama deserved the Nobel Peace Prize? Not this early, but he definitely should deserve it later on, but I'm sure it is because of things he has done BEFORE his presidency. I'm not sure what though, but I know he has done something beneficial.

Do I think people should act extremely arrogant responding to his win like Asher Roth, and quite a large majority, have been doing? Hell no. I wasn't complaining when George W. Bush had a second term, so sit "ya'll's" asses down, shut up, and appreciate someone who "at least" cares for this country.
