I mean DAMN! How long did we have to wait for this? Lady Gaga hooked up with Beyonce for the highly anticipated video for Telephone. These two ladies together, even for a stroll in the park, are EPIC!
PS: Kinda upset that Jesus didn’t make a guest appearance though. You’d think that with all this wait….I’m just sayin’!

Way too long. Amazing fashion as always, but so much advertisement for other companies. Virgin Mobile, primarily. That distracted me so much. Also, the fact that it was a continuation of an old video was kind of pretentious, and it comes off as awkward. It was too short for me to be highly engaged, and too long for a casual viewer. I don't hate it, but it's nowhere near her best work.

ok i couldn't wait.. i had to watch it… i love some of the subtle nuances, like the "heartbeat by lady gaga" earphones in that one amber rose lookin' chicks ears… the "i told you she didn't have a dick" line…. I'll start with the positive….I like the colors, fashion, etc. The video had a dream-like fantasy vibe that I was digging.
What I CANNOT co-sign with is Beyonce acting in any shape or form (I don't care what anyone says or how hard you "stan" for her, that girl is one of the stiffest actresses I have ever seen). The acting in general was….eh. Not for me.
For some reason, Lady Gaga and Beyonce seem awkward together. Just because the two of them are the biggest stars in music right now doesn't mean they have to collaborate all the damn time. But of course, it's what the media wants so they have to oblige.

Honestly if you just wanna hear the music, play the cd. Music videos give artists the chance to really showcase themselves and their talents. Gaga oozes creativity so she gets to show off her vision and her talent in her videos. I enjoy getting to see the visual side of the artist as opposed to just their sound.

Okay, for starters this was a good video/mini movie. Now for Beyonce… Umm she just seemed out of place, but all in all 4 out of 5. Gaga is an amazing talented women and she has once again shown her abilities. The video may have taken longer than others to be released but anticipation never killed anyone. Also why are people comparing Thriller by: MJ to this, last I checked MJ and Gaga are two totally different artist. He had an amazing run but its time to move aside, now im not saying to cast him aside but you cant keep comparing him to other artist ( PLUS, I have this feeling that everyone disliked him because they thought he was a child molester but since his tragic death now everyone is a fan. Apparently GaGa and Bey are some lesbians now. (Otherwise why is she answering Bey's call in the prison with "Hello, hello baby….")
Bey's acting stucked, even in this 10 minute video. GaGa was more convincing than Beyonce was. (Perhaps because Bey sounds like she needs hooked on phonics when she talks.)
I didn't really get the storyline though. If abstract was what they were going for, then it worked. Because the fashion was HOTTTTTTT, the dancing was HOTTTTTTT. The storyline was NOTTTTTTT.

The video does indeed have a story line but it doesn't fit the song. Gaga didn't originate or innovate music videos as an art form (MJ anybody?) She gets a little too much credit. I also don't think that using nudity, homo-eroticism, murder, sexuality & tacky fashions makes a music video interesting. Madonna did all of that before her. What will Gaga do when she can no longer find any ridiculous costumes to wear? She may be a top selling artist but she still earned no more than 2 Grammys for her efforts. Okay. Loved the video, but some parts, were awkward. and I think Lady Gaga works hard for her money and that Beyonce does too. They are both great people and have the best voice ever and i don't appreciate people talkin crap about them. so if you have something mean to say, shut the crap up! No one really cares but you. and if u dont like them, u dont know what real music is and get back to ur classical music. I think they are AMAZING people and they shouldnt be treated like crap for one video. so just dont comment if its not good!!!!!!!!!!!! (:

I am not positive if this is the correct spot, but I thought you should know I read this post a little while ago on another site. I think it might have been a wordpress blog with the same title. The content was practically the same, but I noticed that this one here has an older date. I reckon they took it from you, but maybe not who knows. Thought you might want to know.
