I love her and Solange for not caring what other ppl think about how they dress. They just go for it..HoWEVER, i do think Lady GaGa goes overboard sometimes. this look being one of those times. Maybe with out the fishnet on her face she would be ok..LOL
She was on an episode of MTV's boiling point and she was plain looking. I think she use fashion so she could develop a self identity in a sea of normalcy.
