Fat Joe Responds to Big Pun’s Wife’s Allegations
I posted a story about Big Pun’s wife saying that she’s speaking out against domestic violence and living in a shelter with her children, thanks to Fat Joe taking more than his fair share of the Big Pun pie. Well, it seems that Joe is none too pleased about what Liza is saying and how she continues to sh*t on Big Pun’s legacy. In short, he’s basically telling Liza that she needs to get over the fact that people aren’t going to always break her off with big dollars just because she’s Pun’s widow and that she should work on doing something to better herself. Can’t be mad at that.

He has a point that she needs to hold her own but at the same time he got his niece and nephews in a homeless shelter. Obiviously there is something between Lisa and joe that we dont know about but the Kids out of everybody needs to be taken care of!

Can’t argue with Joe.
As much as I originally felt like she was bein’ done wrong when she started with these allegations (which was about 3-4 years back), at this point, I feel like she def. has been expecting to lean on Pun’s career forever.
And even if Joe wasn’t lookin’ out for her anymore, she knew this YEARS ago… so why is she still here in ’09 talking about it, when she coulda said “OK, Joe’s not lookin’ out, the label’s not lookin’ out, let me help me and my family cause that’s what I gotta do now”… but instead, it seems like she’s more preoccupied with placing blame on Joe whenever she sees fit to do so, all the while doing nothing to improve her situation.

IN THE REAL WORLD, PEOPLE DIE ALL THE TIME. You grieve, you cope, and you adapt. Liza Rios has yet to get to the last stage: adaptation. Husbands die all the time, and women have to enter the workforce, if they weren’t in it to begin with, or double up their hours, OR consider another job. Give me a break, already. You’re a grown ass woman looking for handouts. What, you thought you’d never have to work again?? Please. As much as I loved Big Pun, he is not MICHAEL JACKSON. Let’s be real, dang.

@ Imme I think your missing the point. You cant keep just bailing out grown folks when they fuck up. Joe said that he has been helping her and she keeps making bad choices with the money that she is given. By now, she should have done something to keep money flowing into her own house. Nobody is responsible for you and your kids but you. She needs to get her own hustle going on. If she is brainwashing the kids and telling them that Joe aint doing nothing to help them, what is he suppose to do. That man has got his own family to take care of. I think I can speak for everybody when I say that everyone reading this would be upset if you tried to help someone and they keep fucking up. I see it all the time. That’s like trying to clean up a junkie and then you get them clean and then the start getting high again. You keep trying to help that person for years until you get tired of wasting your time, energy and money. I feel sorry for the kids, I really do. But as a mother, any woman will do what she has to do to make sure that her kids are taking care of. No question.

i understand him saying she needs to handle her business..but at the same time if shes not handling it then he could at least take care of the kids ya noe! cuz at the end of the day shes a grown ass woman and another adult should not be taking care of a capable grown ass person!
