Fantasia Addresses Homewrecker Rumors
Over the past couple of weeks, several blogs have addressed rumors that American Idol winner, Fantasia Barrino, was dating a married man by the name of Antwuan Cook. If you haven’t heard about it, you can read it HERE or HERE.
She recently sat down with Honey Mag to talk about it:
Yes, [the rumors] were all really cute to me. I guess it was something about a guy from T-Mobile? Inaccurate. He was hot, but I think I’m looking for my own man. There’s no boo in my life, I’m married to my career. Right now I’m not really focused on a boyfriend; we all know what happens when you get them… I have no tattoo on my shoulder, [the rumor] was very well put together! I wear my body out more purposefully now and when I’m walking I see people checking, “Like does she have a tattoo there?” As a matter of fact, I’ve never even [met him] before. I think I’d want to be with a guy who’s in the same tax bracket as I am … or higher!

I stan for 'Tasia and she is truly talented…However, ain't no need in lying about sleeping w/ a married man when his name is clearly tattooed on your shoulder and all of America is fully aware of the affair. Wow…she really needs to get herself some new people!!!!

Maybe it's a fake tattoo like the one that Rhianna had on her chest at the AMAs *shrug*…But for real, everything is seeming to be a little too coincidental. She's got "Cook" on her shoulder and he's sitting behind her at the Soul Train Awards. Also, she need not go there about only wanting to date people in her tax bracket when she can't even live in the house that she has. She just needs to go back to being Miss Celie in "The Color Purple" play and pay her house note.

It is funny how we never saw that tattoo before this rumor started and all of a sudden people want to belive the rumor cause they see a tattoo. There is a such thing called non permanant tattoos and photo shop. Sometime we the consumers are so greedy for some juicy gossip that we will believe anything as long as it is from a "Reliable Source" that we know nothing about and for all we know is out to destroy the person they are making up stories about. I think that I am going to believe Fantasia on this one and if I am wrong then oh well.

I find serious flaws in her statement.
Exhibit 1. [I think I’m looking for my own man] Right here you can see she is dating the married man, because she wants her own man. That indicates she was messing around with someone else's man.
Exhibit 2. [There’s no boo in my life, I’m married to my career. When you talk a lot & try to stray away from the topic at hand, my friend, you're deep in your lies.
Lastly, Exhibit 3. [I’d want to be with a guy who’s in the same tax bracket as I am.] Child, you're a damn mess. What's wrong with a man who has less money than you? That doesn't mean he has less of a heart. That's the makings of a golddigger & someone who would only be interested in his green rather than his peen. [lol I had to do it.] Naw, it's his heart.

Come on now…you sound like you're a fantasia groupie. At times when you are a groupie/stan, you refuse to actually believe the truth.
Again I opted not to run the story initially but as more details surfaced, I told it in bits and pieces.

I live in Charlotte, NC. I've BEEN hearing about it but opted NOT to go w/the story b/c his WIFE actually attended the same college as me. A friend advised me not to say anything about it and then BAM…it gets to the YBF and Sandra Rose. Both of those blogs were SPOT on with the story. I talked with some of my friends who also friends with Antwaune and the tat is very real. So I dunno why Fanny would even lie like that. She gets photo'ed on the red carpet with a tat of this man's last name…yet she doesn't know him? He's seen at HER events and she doesn't know him? Sounds like she'd wanna call the cops if she doesn't b/c she truly has a stalker on her hands…a stalker that stamps tattoos on her left shoulder blade. It's horrible. She's guilty.

It is interesting, how all these comments are about how Fantasia is a homewercker, wow how easily people can turn. Not once has anyone said anything about this guy who was in the Committed marriage, if this whole thing is even true women are quick to come down on the other lady instead of bashing the guy. This is the reason why guys always get away with things like this they get a slap on the wrist. WRONG IS WRONG. If this story is true then lets put both parties on blast.

I would say that you guts don't know much about photoshop and the tricks they have today. There is a tutorial out there on how to add tattoos to pictures. Unless there is camara phone picture out there that someone took when they meet her in person im not believing the bull.
