Ciara was spotted at the 2nd Annual Staples / Do Something 101 National School Supply Drive in New York. I dunno if that cowlick was suppose to make that short ‘do look more ‘doable’ but I’m still not feeling it. Take that wig off, Ci-Ci, and return to the days of “Oh” or something.
