Ciara sure does have some HARDCORE fans. They’ve been using outlets such as Youtube and Twitter to express their extreme dismay against BET for putting a ‘ban’ on her Ride video. Hip Hollywood caught up with the ATL native to get her thoughts on the snub.

FYI: Although I am not what one would call a Ciara stan, I can say that this ban is wrong. With artists such as Trey Songz and several rappers pushing the envelope on sex and sexuality in their videos, I find it a little bit hypocritical that they didn’t even request an edited version of the song. Sure, it is ‘sexy’ but Trey did everything BUT have his dick out in Invented Sex and Neighbors Know My Name. BET is basically sending the message that it’s okay for guys to slut chicks out in their videos but if a chick makes a choice to do the same to herself, it’s a problem. Not surprised though; this IS the same station that gave us that wonderful Michael Jackson tribute. In case you missed the video, you can check it out after the cut!

Apparently Kiely is feeling the sting of everyone’s opinions of the video for Spectacular, which was released a couple days ago (click HERE if you missed it). The video talks about how she had bomb sex with a guy that she didn’t know after having a crazy night of drinking at the bar. Anyway, in the update video, she’s basically saying that all music/videos don’t really have to make sense and just because she sang about drunken one night stands doesn’t mean it’s her cup of tea. Yea…okay.

Well, you guys wanted more of Jill Scott after I posted her essay regarding Black men who choose to date white women. You guys went apesh*t in the comments but it was to be expected as any topic dealing with race brings on heated (and sometimes unruly) discussions. …for her break up with Reggie Bush? Word on the street is that it’s definitely a possibility.

Reggie Bush ultimately dumped Kim Kardashian because of her 2007 sex tape with then boyfriend, Ray J, says a source.

According to the source, “Reggie’s mom just could not get over the fact that Kim had a sex tape. Reggie and
his family are very conservative, and he told Kim that a marriage is never going to happen between them because of
the tape.” This is something that Kim’s family has known for years, especially sisters Khloe and Kourtney.

Although Reggie did break up with Kim, the split wasn’t because he cheated with January Gessert as it’s been widely reported.
January has been ‘messing with Reggie’s assistant for over 6 months.’ The day January was photographed leaving the NFL running
back’s New York hotel, ‘she was really there to see his assistant, not Reggie.’

Aside from the sex tape, sources also claim that Reggie had other reasons for separating from his reality star girlfriend.
‘Reggie is surrounded by a bunch of his single friends. He wants to be a party guy, hang with the boys and date other people.’

As for how Kim feels about her ex now: ‘She’s still crazy about him. If she didn’t have the sex tape, she could have been
Mrs. Bush.’
