Mom Dance Video: Michelle Obama Mom Dances with Jimmy Fallon

How can you not love our First Lady?

Michelle Obama dropped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to promote her ‘Let’s Move’ campaign, and starred in a hilarious video clip with the host, titled The Evolution of Mom Dancing. (And yes, Michelle hits a mean Dougie.)

The FLOTUS later sat down with Jimmy and chatted about the success and future of her campaign, making changes to the White House, possibly running for office, and even gunning for Jimmy’s job. She definitely has a great sense of humor!

Check out the clips below, and post your thoughts.

AK 03 500x333 Video: Alicia Keys Performs at Inaugural Ball

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a huge fan of the latest efforts from Alicia Keys (specifically, Girl on Fire), but I can’t deny that she’s kicked of 2013 in a pretty major way. The singer/songwriter, and wifey of Swizz Beatz, is set to sing the National Anthem at this year’s Super Bowl, and was given the honor to perform at last night’s Inaugural Ball for President Obama.

Miss Keys parked herself at the piano, and belted out a special rendition of Girl on Fire, edited to better suit the POTUS.

Beyonce DC3 500x498 Photos + Audio: Beyoncé Rehearses For President Obamas Inauguration Ceremony

Over the weekend, Beyoncé posted photos rehearsing for President Obama’s Inauguration ceremony. The Sexiest Woman of the 21st Century is set to take the stage in just a few hours to belt out her rendition of the National Anthem on the steps of the US Capitol in Washington, D.C..

I am practicing. I have the tour, the Super Bowl, and National Anthem. I am rehearsing right now. I feel like I love this song. Of course it is really emotional and nothing is more emotional than when singing it for a cause, and I know the day after tomorrow, I don’t want to think about it! I love the song because the melody is so beautiful, and you have so many choices. I want to keep it really elegant.

Check out more photos and listen to Beyoncé’s sound check below. Post your thoughts!

Bey Obama 500x500 Beyoncé to Perform at Presidential Inauguration

2013 may have just begun, but it’s already shaping up to be one helluva year for Beyoncé.

King B is set to headline the Super Bowl’s halftime show, was just named GQ’s ‘Sexiest Woman of the Century,’ and has now officially been added to the lineup of performers at the upcoming Presidential Inauguration.

Mrs. Knowles-Carter will have the honor of performing The Star Spangled Banner for the ceremony, but this is not her first inaugural rodeo. If you remember, the Single Ladies diva gave her rendition of Etta James’ At Last, four years ago at President Obama’s Inaugural Ball.

All of the Inauguration festivities will take place January 21, but until then, you can check out Bey’s previous performance below.

Two things I don’t discuss: politics and religion. Both topics bring out the emotional bitch in EVERYBODY (male or female), and for the love of being jail free, I choose to stay away.

When I saw this video at the ONLY political website that matters (Prune Juice Media), I had to post it. Say whatever you want about what Barack Obama did (or didn’t do) over the last four years, I am happy to say that I voted for him and will continue support him for another four years. Humility at its finest in this video. After all, he did write both a victory AND concession speech (unlike Mitt). It has be awesome to be a part of his staff and knowing that you’re truly appreciated.

Check out the video where he sheds a little tears of the hard work of his campaign staff, and post your thoughts!

Jeezy 500x500 New Music: Young Jeezy, We Done it Again

Just in time for President Obama to land his second term (in fact, even before the Electoral Votes were tabulated), Young Jeezy dropped a Barack-inspired track called We Done it Again.

Similar to his 2008 hit, My President is Black, We Done it Again sings the praises of the POTUS while getting in a few digs at Mitt Romney too. (Clearly Jeezy had no doubts that Mr. Obama would clinch the election, because the timing of this song’s release would’ve seemed a bit off with a Romney victory.)

What do you guys think of the track?

Jay Bey Jay Z & Beyoncé to Host Obama Fundraiser

It’s no secret that Jay-Z and Beyoncé are huge supporters of the Obama administration, and now, the Carters plan to continue that support in the form of a fundraiser.

According to the New York Post, Hov and Bey will host the $40,000 a plate event at Jay’s 40/40 Club on September 18. Prior to the dinner, President Obama will also attend a reception where families can pose for a pic with the POTUS for a cool $12,500.

The Carters’ camp have yet to officially comment on the event, but word is that it will be Obama’s last NYC campaign stop before the election.
