Yeezy and his baby mama were spotted doing some house hunting out in Beverly Hills. The paparazzi got a little more than they bargained for when they witnessed Kanye walking into a freakin’ street sign. He’s gonna have a headache from hell tomorrow morning.

FYI Kanye, Gods don’t walk into street signs. Might wanna reconsider that album name.

If Rick Ross being dropped by Reebok over his controversial lyrical content wasn’t a big enough wake up call for fellow emcees, maybe this will be. Lil Wayne has now lost his endorsement deal with Mountain Dew as well, due to his insensitive bars about Emmett Till found on Future’s Karate Chop (Remix).

A rep for Weezy has said the partnership ended due to ‘creative differences,’ but a spokesperson from PepsiCo had this to say:

“We do not plan any additional work with Lil Wayne moving forward,” PepsiCo said in a statement on Friday. “His offensive reference to a revered civil rights icon does not reflect the values of our brand.”

Earlier this week, Lil Wayne finally issued a formal apology to Till’s family, but clearly it was too little, too late.

Earlier today, the above photo was posted on several blogs showing Chris Brown giving a hi five to an unnamed woman while partying in Hollywood.

Many of the blogs (including ours) labeled the photo as flirty, but of course, didn’t think much of it.

Now the woman, 22 year old Keisha Kimball and a waitress at the night club, is speaking out and says that Chris just isn’t her type.

I am always Chris’ waitress. I know him and am friends with his friends. Nothing has ever happened. I just work there. In the photos, he was handing me a bottle to drink out of. Of course people are going to twist it another way. I don’t go for black guys. Whatever is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown is between them. I’m not trying to be a home wrecker.

2013 isn’t shaping up to be the year that Keyshia Cole prospers.

A couple weeks ago, Beyoncé released a teaser track called Bow Down that got the industry buzzing. In it, she speaks directly to the competition, and let’s the world know that she’s been on. While many felt that she was well within her right to boast a bit, others weren’t so pleased with the singer’s command.

Keyshia expressed her thoughts about the track via twitter, questioning Beyoncé’s dedication to female empowerment while demanding that they bow down at her disposal.

It now appears that Keyshia’s usage of the first amendment has come to bite her in the ass.

It was only a few months ago that reality TV star and model, Draya Michele, announced that she’d be spearheading a new clothing line called Fine Ass Girls, which would feature tshirts, beanies, and customized pieces of jewelry.

With every picture that she posts promoting the clothing line on Instagram, it’s met with a bit of criticism from fans and onlookers who claim that she’s purposely leaving darker skinned models off the roster.

Draya posted a photo on her instagram account telling fans to build a bridge and get over it.

STOP worrying about the color of models’ skin!! Because that’s just not what’s important! I’m promoting positivity and self confidence amongst today’s girls. I’m selling clothing not SKIN TONES…Now let’s leave it at that.

Some were not too pleased with what she had to say.

It doesn’t matter to me one way or another, as I had no plans of purchasing any pieces of her line b/c of the acronym she uses to promote it. But I do applaud her efforts. What say you, guys and gals…?

Back in 2010, after a long night of partying in Germany’s Loom Nightclub, singer, Ryan Leslie, reported that a bag containing his laptop, hard drives, and $10K in cash was stolen from inside of his Mercedes. After first offering a $20k reward for the return of the laptop and hard drives, Leslie upped the amount to $1mil. (there must have been some blog worthy, NSFW footage on that laptop or something…).

Getting word of that $1 million reward, a man by the name of Armin Augstein stepped forward and returned the laptop (claiming to have found it in the woods), only to never hear from Mr. Leslie or get a dime of the money that was originally being offered. After numerous emails and no response, Augstein filed a lawsuit. Today (two years later), Ryan Leslie has been ordered to pay up, and is being labeled the rap weasel on the cover of today’s New York Post.

Let’s hope the contents of that laptop were really worth the headache and hefty price tag. Post your thoughts!
