Wow! Let ME find out that Tyler Perry is stepping outside of his TRADITIONAL comfort zone for something a little more dramatic and suspenseful! I really enjoyed the first round of Why Did I Get Married and the cast is back giving us more! I hope that it doesn’t disappoint because in most cases, some things are just better left at “one.” But this looks like it’ll be good! And to think…Janet Jackson lost her brother during this taping. Most of you don’t know but I’ll put it out there anyway…I am a grown a*s woman who is absolutely afraid of the dark. So obviously, scary movies are a no go! Nonetheless, I decided to watch this clip right after I made SURE I had new bulbs for my nightlight so that I could be accurate in my commentary. This movie looks like it’s going to be amazing. I think it’ll be a little odd seeing this new guy play Freddy instead of the old school actor, Robert Englund. Too bad you horror film lovers will have to wait until April 2010 to see the flick. Ciara, Lynn Whitfield & Hill Harper star in the upcoming film, Mama, I Want to Sing. It doesn’t look as bad as most have proposed it to be. I guess only a viewing will tell.

Whoa! The director of the hit (well…it was a hit to ME) movie, Stomp the Yard, Will Packer has announced plans to BV News Wire that he will make Steve Harvey’s best selling novel into a MOVIE! Well, here’s to hoping he wont’ choose the ’same ole same’ for the cast and brings some new faces to the big screen!

An official announcement isn’t expected to be serviced to film industry media until next week, but the mastermind behind black blockbusters such as ‘Stomp The Yard’ and ‘Obsessed’ and Screen Gems have reportedly acquired the film rights to the Amistad/Harper Collins book, which has been atop the New York Times Best Sellers list for the past six months.

I highly doubt that her boobs will be making an appearance in this film but Naturi Naughton talks about her new role in the upcoming movie, Fame. It’s good to see her finally getting some breaks after being ousted from 3LW many moons ago.
