When you think of NASCAR racing, you don’t usually tend to think of rappers, but that didn’t stop T.I. from getting his Ricky Bobby on.
The KAAANG recently made a stop at Atlanta Motor Speedway, and took part in the Richard Petty Driving Experience, which always regular folks (well, those with a lot of extra money on their hands) to get the full feel of driving a NASCAR.
Tip hit up to speeds of 150mph, and while he said he enjoyed it, he also said it was better left to the professionals.
Check out the video and post your thoughts! Would you guys ever wanna give driving that fast a shot? I know I sure as hell will pass on all of that.
In a recent sit down with MTV News, T.I. revealed that he’s already dropped some bars for the project, working on ‘two or 3 songs’ with JT and super-producer, Timbaland.
They were working on a record together, Justin Timberlake and Timabaland. I had the pleasure of assisting them in that particular record. I think it’s called Goodbye Homie…one of ‘em is. And then there’s another one. I think I did maybe two or three records with them.
I don’t know about you, but I was already completely on board for this JT comeback, and this just sweetens the deal for me. His new LP, 20/20 is set to drop on March 19, will you be picking up a copy?
After performing for their second anniversary concert, T.I. returned to Power 105′s The Breakfast Club to talk about his new album, Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head, recording over 100 songs, remaining humble, and bringing back the old TIP in his music and interviews.
That’s what ya’ll been askin’ for. Ya’ll been askin’ for it, I’ve been trying to be T.I….
While there, he confronted radio personality, Charlamagne Tha God, for criticizing his single, Ball, and calling him a has been…
Yesterday, T.I. headed over to Best Buy in New York for the release of his eighth studio effort, Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head. The KAAANG took the cameras along as he bought a handful of copies to hand out to his fans and signed a few autographs.
Have you had a chance to listen to his new album yet? If so, what do you think?
