After her performance on the tv show, X-Factor, Rihanna sat down for a brief interview where she talks about being superstitious, how nauseous she gets before performances and info on why she believes image and performance go hand in hand! I love hearing her talk! Matter of fact, I love accents period. However, I get a little annoyed with how the British add an ‘er’ at the end of her name. Rihann-er. No. Anyway, check out her performance of Only Girl (In the World) after the break!

…just for your whole world to completely crash off a moment of sincerity or alcohol…or whatever it is…
Kanye West recently sat down with Ellen for a brief interview where he talks about his suicide attempt, how he felt after his mother passed away, not sitting in awards show audiences anymore and being a “soldier of culture.” You can’t help but to love him. For those of you who got a chance to watch the episode, what did you think? Check out the clip and post your thoughts!
After a serious debut that took the internet by storm yesterday, Willow Smith stopped by 106th & Park where she talked about her single and was presented with her “first” plaque by Terrence J & Rocsi. She is too adorable. I really do wish her much success. Admittedly, I was one of the ones who said that the song was “cute” but I just didn’t see the hype behind it, considering that she’s only 9 years old. However, after seeing her video and her personality to go along with it, she absolutely has my support over on this side of the web. If you missed her video debut, you can check it out HERE. Post your thoughts!

…than get married again. Usher recently interviewed with Playboy Magazine and said that he truly doesn’t see himself getting married again anytime soon.
Seeing how marriage didn’t work out for me the first time, I’m in no rush to do it again. Maybe I can find a couple of women who are open-minded. Look at how Hugh Hefner does it, with a harem of women.
Sometimes I think that Ush just runs out of things to say. One minute, he’s a “relationship” kinda guy; the next, he’d rather have several, a la Hugh Hefner. Would any of you want to be a part of Usher’s ‘harem’ of women? LOL Post your thoughts!

Former video vixen, Melyssa Ford, had a few things to get off her chest and decided to sit down with Vibe.com to air her grievances. After the break, check out what she had to say about the rise of booty pads, Kat Stacks (who recently showed the world what her “kat” really looks like), and why she thinks Essence Magazine is full of sh*t!
Trey Songz is making his promotional rounds for his new album, Passion, Pain, Pleasure, that was just released a week or so ago. During this interview with Boogie D, Trey seemed to have been a bit annoyed by the questioning of his failed BET reality show, My Moment. Boogie states that he felt that the editing of the reality show was bad and pretty much casts Trey in a negative light. Trey (defensively) responds that HE was the one in charge of the editing of his reality show and felt that it was his responsibility to show ALL sides of him, whether he thought folks would appreciate it or not. What do you guys think? The homies over at That Grape Juice think that Trey was being arrogant/rude. Although normally I would be inclined to agree, I must say that even I would’ve been somewhat offended by the way the question was posed; I mean, the man basically told dude to his face that his show wasn’t sh*t! How would you respond? Post your thoughts!

Nicki Minaj graces the cover for this month’s Complex Magazine covergirl shoot. Before I give you the dirt on what she talks about, let me just say that the pic below….SICKENING! I LOVE that pose! Girl, you better work!
On being called bisexual:
When I rap, it’s just an extension of how I speak, and that’s how I talk. If you don’t like it, don’t listen. I’m also not going to explain something just because I said it in a rap. Take what you want from it. [In the press] I didn’t say [I don't like women]. I said I don’t have sex with women. I don’t have sex with men right now either. If [bisexual is] what they wanna call me, then fine.
On putting why she’d engage Cassie in a threesome:
She’s so peaceful and serene. There’s something about her that is so effortless. She’s my friend on BBM.
On the ‘voices’ she frequently uses:
I have no idea. I think Wayne kind of influenced that. He has always been really carefree when he raps and I was like, “I don’t have to stay in one cadence or stay in one tone when I rap—I can just do what I want.” Sometimes the sh-t I say is over people’s heads and I feel like I need to dumb it down a bit so people can understand it. I think if I had said a lot of raps in a particular voice, people would go, “Yo, that sh-t was hard”—but when you change up your voice a little bit, they can’t see past that. And they’re lookin’ at me like, “This bitch is stupid”—and I’m lookin’ at them like, “No, bitch, you’re stupid.” [Laughs.]

I watched this episode of the Wendy Show the day that it aired and commented that Raven Symone looked amazing. Hair, figure…everything was on POINT for the show. I have a lot of respect for her as an entertainer. For one, she’s managed to successfully keep herself from the clutches of drugs, bankruptcy and other ills that seem to plague child stars. Additionally, she seems to have an amazing personality with a humble spirit. Very admirable qualities in an industry filled with fakes. If you can get past the loop of the double-D grabbing (so annoying yet exciting at the same time), check out the interview and post your thoughts!
