Rumors have been swirling that Lil Wayne proposed to girlfriend, Dhea, since the rapper sent out a tweet alluding to the engagement back around Valentine’s Day of 2012. Weezy later insisted the two were not planning any nuptials, but it looks like he may have finally let the cat out of the bag.

If that giant rock Dhea’s been wearing isn’t enough proof, in a trailer for Vinny Guadagnino’s (Jersey Shore) new MTV talk show, the rapper refers to his fiancée when asked if he likes Italian food. Whoops!

It seems like Amber Rose just can’t get enough new ink lately.

She recently tatted a tribute to her dogs on her upper arm, and today, Amb unveiled her latest piece, a portrait of fiancé/baby daddy, Wiz Khalifa.

Bash’s mommy posted the above photo on Instagram, saying:

True Love #Cam&Amb

The tattoo itself is pretty damn amazing…but let’s hope their relationship is just as permanent.

Ciara and her rapper beau, Future, have only been together for a few months, but are already moving pretty fast. The two have been in the studio working hard on her forthcoming album, One Woman Army, while dealing with his multiple baby mommas (seems like we hear about a different one everyday). Although, many feel their relationship is just a stunt or strategic career move, they recently got matching, initial tattoos (Ciara tatted the letter N for Future’s given name, Nayvadius Wilburn, and Future of course got the letter C for Ciara) on their ring fingers so we know it’s real…

I don’t know what Rihanna has been doing for this boy, but I swear Chris has had an extra little pep in his step lately.

The past few days, Breezy has been doing press like crazy. During all of the interviews he’s spoke very candidly, about both the good and bad, and has displayed an extra positive attitude throughout it all.

Future and Ciara are definitely hip hop’s latest hot couple, and the twosome has had no hesitation in speaking on their relationship, both personal and professional.

In a recent interview with The Fader, Future talked a bit about their love life, saying, ‘I only need one woman.’ And when asked about working in the studio with his boo, he had nothing but good things to say about her upcoming album, One Woman Army.

She’s so professional and intelligent you wouldn’t believe it. Like, behind-the-scenes here voice is so big, she’s so empowering. That’s why One Woman Army is gonna be one of the greatest albums she releases, ’cause she took her time with it. You know what I’m saying, she overcame a lot. And through time you’ll tell, when she puts this album out, it’s gonna be one of those albums that you look back on. Today, I’m calling it a classic before it even comes out.

I’m not gonna hate on their relationship at all, because I do think they’re a cute couple; and honestly, I really wanna see CiCi come back with some hot shit…I just don’t know if the word classic should be thrown around so loosely.

The Mirror recently caught up with Chris Brown at Elton John’s 21st annual AIDS Oscar Viewing Party to talk about his relationship with Rihanna, his regrets, and the public’s anger towards their reconciliation.

On the assault:

Sometimes you row, you fight, with the one you love and things get said, stuff spirals… That night was the deepest regret of my life, the biggest mistake. But she loves me — what can I say? I’m forgiven… but, yes, I worked hard for it.

On the support from his fans:

I’ve learned a lot since that night and I’ve grown up. I was very young and I took a lot of stuff, fame, for granted. I didn’t understand it. The support from those who do know me and the fans, who are incredible, got me through.

On criticism towards his relationship with Rihanna:

People attack me and criticize me, it happens all the time. But they don’t know me, and they don’t know us. It doesn’t bother me anymore… Other people can judge us but they don’t know anything.

The Mirror wasn’t the only publication to get time with Chris during the Oscar party, he also sat down with Page Six to talk about his relationship with Rihanna:

We are really happy. We are back together. She is the most beautiful girl in the world. But I’m sad she couldn’t be here tonight; she is rehearsing for her tour.

It’s a safe bet to say that Chris got himself a bit of cake last night.

Rihanna turned the big 2-5 yesterday, and celebrated the milestone in Hawaii (and yes, Breezy was right there by her side).
