I don’t even know what to say about Usher and this performance. I will say that I was initially upset at the fact that he borrowed his wardrobe from The Dream’s‘Sweet & Petite’ collection but there’s so much more.
I really want Ush to let it go…at least until he irons out his management situation, finds his ‘center’ with help from Russell Simmons, and get rid of that homewrecker chick that’s doing a not so positive job in advising him on his best career moves. Sad…

Man, before I even go IN, let me offer the disclaimer that I am, have been and probably always will be an Usher fan (even though I feel that all the material I’ve heard from his upcoming album sucks major ass cleavage). However, I’m not so much of a fan that I can’t separate the good from the bad or the right from the wrong.
And U-Turn was all wrong! U-Turn was a song from the 8701 album. Although I can’t say that I every really bypassed it (like I did that dreadful U R the One song) but I always thought that the lyrics made the dance SOUND confusing. As I was about to turn Twitter on to the song (since apparently they forgot), I found this gem! I NEVER knew that Ush had a video for this sh*t. REALLY? I’m even more confused. Lawd…consider this a throwback!
PS: THIS is the Usher I came to appreciate. Do you guys see the freestyling that he was doing BEFORE demonstrating that simpleton dance? Yes…we need THAT Usher back!

And a sneak peek it is. Dayum! Who was the genius on Jennifer Lopez’s team that thought this 12 second sh*t was a real teaser? I mean, we couldn’t get an even 20…maybe 30? *rolls eyes I can’t even say whether I think it’s going to be dope or not because the clip was that short. It’s too early in the week for this.

Online reports are saying that the Fame Kills tour featuring Lady Gaga & Kanye West has been officially canceled by Live Nation. No official word has been given on WHY the tour has been canceled but of course, most are speculating that it could be related to Kanye’s VMA antics and pending court case related to a 2008 scuffle with a member of the paparazzi. Lawd, please don’t tell me that they got scared because of a little scandal. Since when has scandal stopped anybody from bringing people out to a show. R. Kelly, anyone?
I know that a lot of celebrities hate the role model label. It’s a lot of responsibility when people look to you and have certain expectations. Now, we all know that Pretty Ricky ain’t nann day of a role model. However, their primary demographic consists of young a*s girls who are barely out of training bras. Please explain to me why the first few seconds of this video glorifies the use of drugs? Are they trying to amass a thug persona to take the place of their flamboyant antics of the past? Who do they think they’re kidding? This whole video is an extra FAIL with a side of lame. AND WHY IS THAT BOY’S NAME LINGERIE!?!? I’m done…
PS: Pleasure P should be thanking his lucky stars that he left these lames alone. It was TRULY a good look for him to get MIA. Somebody please…throw these jiggas in jail.
