Last night in West Hollywood, the stars came out for E! and Ciroc’s celebration of two decades of pop culture. Rob Kardashian & Angela Simmons cuddled up close in a reserved area while others mingled. Kelly Rowland (whose hair I’m not 100% on) performed at the event! Here is a video of the only real competition at the Sprite Step off showcase. In case you missed it, a white sorority group called Zeta Tau Alpha won the show (click HERE to check them out).
