Timbaland Attempts Suicide Over $2Mil Jewelry Theft?

Now, I’ve been distraught over losing a $100 bill once. I seriously thought I’d need to be committed because I couldn’t believe I was so careless (and had bills to pay). But killing myself over what was a big deal to ME?

Timbaland was the subject of a manhunt yesterday after his family believed he was so distraught over the theft of a $2 million piece of jewelry he might harm himself … this according to law enforcement sources.

According to sources, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department put out a “possible suicide attempt” APB just before 5 PM PT yesterday. A helicopter and squad cars went on the hunt for the rapper/producer’s Escalade.

Here’s what we’re told happened … Timbaland was on the phone earlier in the day with his brother-in-law … deeply upset about something. We’re told one of the things that was eating at him was a theft at his Malibu residence a day before. Someone had stolen a crazy expensive Jacob & Co. watch — valued at $2 million — and Timbaland suspected it might have been someone he trusted.

Timbaland left his home yesterday and began driving. Family members couldn’t locate him, became extremely worried and called the Sheriff’s Department.

We’re told the helicopter located the Escalade, ground crews pulled Timbaland over and began talking to him. At some point they put Timbaland in a patrol car and took him to his residence, where they continued speaking with him and family members.

Deputies called for paramedics to come and evaluate Timbaland. After the evaluation, paramedics determined Timbaland was not a threat to himself and left.

We’re told the Sheriff’s Department is investigating the theft of Timbaland’s jewelry and they have possible suspects.

Timbaland’s rep could not be reached for comment.

Look what we have here. Ladies, this is the reason you have to watch who you have around your man. This pic was taken last year of Christina Milian sitting alongside of King Sweet & Petite’s new fling, Melissa Marie. I have a feeling that this is going to have a VERY ugly play out in the media. I foresee lots of tweets, “anonymous” emails to bloggers…the whole nine.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, The Dream’s people hooked up with US Weekly to release a statement regarding the separation that allegedly took place LAST year!

Christina Milian and The-Dream have decided to separate, his rep confirms to UsMagazine.com.

“Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward,” his rep tells Us.

The split confirmation comes as racy photos surface of The-Dream and his assistant of about a year, Melissa Santiago, frolicking in the Caribbean.

Let this be a lesson to future groupies of the USA and beyond…hooking up and subsequently marrying The Dream ALWAYS has an ending. ALWAYS! Post your thoughts!

Until Nicki decides to come out swinging and Lil’ Kim actually gets her butt in the studio to make some MUSIC showing why she’s mad, consider it dead. Don’t judge me for thinking that the highlight of this video is when 50 Cent casually said that Diddy’s music blows! He’s such a sh-t starter!

In Case You Missed It: DMX Behind the Music (FULL)

I didn’t get to catch the initial airing of DMX’s Behind the Music on VH1 but I AM glad that I caught the rerun. I have said for a LONG time that DMX is a man who, obviously, deals with many demons. Okay, so he’s addicted to drugs and I’m definitely not cosigning ‘crackish’ behavior but I think that if he were to have a FULL intervention, he could definitely make a comeback to something great. His first album, It’s Dark & Hell Is Hot, will ALWAYS be a classic to me! This segment of Behind the Music explains SO much about why he is the way he is today. Here’s to hoping he gets it together. Nicki Minaj Talks Lil’ Kim

In the interest of being fair, I wanted to post this clip where Nicki Minaj talks about her respect for Lil’ Kim and how she acknowledges that the Queen Bee paved the way for up and coming female emcees. As a chick who grew up in the ’90s, of course I see Lil’ Kim in a different light than someone who was simply born in the 90s and is now growing up in the Nicki-era. However, the basis of Kim’s (and the Kim stans’) argument is that Nicki is not paying homage. Well, here it is. Now, during the radio interview with Kendra G., Kim states that there are some things going on behind the scenes that has fueled her most recent fire. THAT is what we need to hear; the whole ‘she ain’t paying homage/showing respect’ thing is officially dead now…in MY eyes, at least. Post your thoughts!

More Drama! Lil’ Kim Disses Diddy & Invites Keys the Problem on Stage to Perform

….and sh-t just gets nastier, DAILY! So Lil’ Kim was spotted performing out a Sonar Nightclub in Baltimore. She performs her verse on All About the Benjamins and then shouts out Diddy at about 51 seconds, stating “Ay, Puffy should be ashamed of his f-ckin’ self!” I’m certain she’s referencing Diddy’s business dealings with Nicki Minaj, who Kim has been coming for for damn near a week now!

Matt Barnes Keeps His Word, Goes OFF on Basketball Wives

Good lawd, this makes Kelis and Mashonda’s demands look like COMEDY! Elin Nordegren stands to get the UBER-fat pockets from Tiger Woods. See how expensive it is when you refuse to keep your d-ck in your pants?

Elin Nordegren has dramatically escalated her demands during negotiations over a possible divorce agreement with Tiger Woods, Bill Zwecker of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. According to the columnist, Woods’ wife is seeking full custody of the couple’s children and “an estimated $750 million package.”

Zwecker writes that Tiger has demanded a strict — and lifelong — confidentiality clause that would bar her from disclosing information about their marriage in interviews or books.

It was previously reported that Woods and Nordegren are working toward a joint-custody arrangement, a rumor that was circulated before a new report alleged that the two are no longer speaking to each other.
