The ultimate diva (and proud of it), Beyoncé has emerged victorious once again as the top selling artist of the decade, according to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The organization released a compilation of its awards from 2000 through 2009 and the multi-Grammy winning artist, and former Destiny’s Child front woman, lead the pack with a whopping 64 certifications for albums, ringtones, and music videos. The Eagles also soared above the rest, topping all other groups in total gold and platinum awards, while the late Michael Jackson led male solo artists with 44 certifications. A gold award is presented for sales of at least 500,000 albums or ringtones, while platinum status is granted once an artist reaches the one million mark. A music video, which was first recognized by the RIAA in 1981 after the launch of MTV, goes gold at 25,000 units, platinum at 50,000, and multi-platinum for every 50,000 units thereafter. “We’ve seen a decade of major music milestones and extraordinary artist achievements,” the chairman and CEO of RIAA said. “The names, songs and albums on our list are the decade’s best and are etched in our music DNA.” Sounds like the ring Beyoncé put on us is forever.

Beyonce has been named the official face for Fashion for Haiti t-shirts, which was created to aid in the relief efforts for the country. Just in case you’re curious, the shirt is $25 and designers such Diane Von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, Tommy Hilfiger and many more are rallying together to promote the efforts.

Additionally, Bey was spotted out in Brazil after her shoot with Alicia Keys, trying to do a little sight seeing. But as you can see from the pics below, that turned into a Beyonce bonanza and she probably didn’t get to enjoy her time! Post your thoughts on the photos!

Wow! A few nights ago, Chelsea Lately went in on Beyonce about her Grammy performance, touching on everything from her crotch grabbing to her hair extensions. As soon as I saw this, I IMMEDIATELY thought, “Oh I KNOW the Bey stans found Chelsea’s address and beat the brakes off that b*tch!” Instead, we they started attacking her on Twitter, which prompted the video below. What in the world is her problem with Beyonce or was she just trying to be comedic? I don’t know how I feel about this one…

About a year or so ago (give or take some months), I remember reading a blog entry within a blog written by an ATL dancer who wanted to take the time to defend her position and put a few detractors in check. In reading the comments, Brook Lynne Carter caught a lot of flack! But what intrigued me the most about her entry was her ability to express herself intelligently while brushing any negativity to the side. It kept me hanging on. I started following her on Twitter and reading her personal blog and immediately began thinking, Oh yea…this chick is BAD! Her writing skills are SICK and she truly makes you think! Alrighty! Earlier this morning, I posted a picture of the baddest b*tch in the game, Nicki Minaj, (click HERE to see the photo) and asked my Twit-fam if they believed her body was real or enhanced. And then I get this video…

Now, please don’t misinterpret my questioning as ‘hate’ or making an attempt to put somebody on blast. I’ve gone on record (in more ways than one) about my thoughts on plastic surgery and feel that, as long as you aren’t taking things TOO far, you should do whatever makes you happy. But then you have to ask…what is “too far?”

No matter your thoughts on the argument, I’m sure that we all can agree that Nicki is truly a bad, bad b*tch! POW!
