In other news, TMZ is reporting that Sasha Fierce is SUING people for bootlegging at her OWN shows! Apparently people were lurking outside, selling everything from “limewire-ish” CD’s and other merchandise, making a profit off Bey’s name. The Queen most certainly is not pleased!
Turns out you don’t have to actually know who you’re suing to file a lawsuit, because Beyonce is going after a bunch of John and Jane Does for hawking fake goods at her concerts.
Beyonce has filed a federal lawsuit today in New York, alleging that a pile of shady people have sold knock-off CDs and merchandise in “the vicinity” of past concerts she’s performed around the world.
Beyonce believes the piracy is bound to happen again — specifically at her upcoming concerts at Madison Square Garden on June 21 and 22 — so she’s asking the court to deem it illegal before the bootlegged booty hits the streets.
If there’s ever a point where Trey Songz decides that music is not the way he wants to go, he definitely has a job waiting for him in PR b/c I swear this jigga has done the BEST job at promoting himself before his album drops later this year. With all the hype surrounding Drake, I truly hope that he’s able to bring heat on his new album! I absolutely loved the song, Replacement Girl, that he did with Trey Songz and said then that he was going to be the truth! While I still believe that he has the potential to do big things, I’m screaming, “Dude…release the damn album already.” Dang…

Twitter is a muf*cka! Last night/early this AM while trying to figure out WHY I wasn’t sleep yet, my email box is blowing up! “Girl, Trey done put out THREE songs on his twitter page! You got ‘em?” WHOA! Nonetheless, I had to hurry up and put the songs on reserve! I am truly lovin’ Trey Songz and all of his mixes! Sorry that it’s not in ‘audio player’ form but I promise you they’re worth the download (esp. “Wake Up”….Magnums, anyone? HA!)
Lawd, If you happen to follow me on Twitter, then it should come as no surprise that I just love me some Trey Songz. While perusing one of my favorite entertainment blogs, Necole Bitchie, I noticed that she posted an exclusive of Trey covering Beyonce’s most recent single, Ego. I gave it a listen and as usual, I loved it! Trey does an awesome job at taking other people’s hits and putting his own spin on them (check out Paper Planes, Busted My Windows & Love Lockdown on Youtube).
Now on some super duper REAL sh*t…Trey gon’ have a LOTTA guys full circle f*cked up. I can only ASSume that Trey is packin’ but fellas…don’t run out here singing this song to every chick you see and not be able to back up your claims! Real talk, women love men with some serious sexual prowess but don’t let a song make you look foolish! *side eye
