Balloon Boy Puts ‘Rents on Blast
Unless you were living under a rock for the larger part of today, I’m sure you’ve heard about balloon boy. Long story chopped down, The Henne family were building a helium balloon and believed that their 6 year old climbed into one of the compartments of the balloon. Everybody watched live streams and newsfeeds, waiting to see the fate of the boy who was allegedly in the balloon and ‘hoped’ all would end well. After a couple minutes of watching the balloon sway back and forth at ridiculous speeds, the balloon finally descended. But when medical and police officials got to the scene, no one was inside and they assumed that the child had possibly took a tumble while the balloon was midair.
Well I go to take a dayum nap and wake up to find that the little boy was hiding in a cardboard box and, according to the parents, did so because he feared that he would be scolded. And here’s where the video comes in. I have absolutely NO words but I will say that these parents need to be charged to the fullest extent of the law. Talk about being put on BLAST!
The attention whorism of this mess should come as no surprise, as the family has appeared on ABC’s Wife Swap and the father has tried to submit video of his ‘scientific theories’ to major news outlets on several occasions.
$5 says they won’t get in an ounce of trouble for this sh*t…

I still can't get over that…and what made it worse is SOMEBODY passed gas (at 0:43) during that already awkward moment LOL

I think the mother farted b/c she responded "No" just a little too soon after that fart & then all the kids turned & looked at her! lol
But seriously, this probably was staged. The boy just admitted that it was for the show; I don't care if he is 6. He knew what was up. The dad's responses & the mom repeating the dad's words just sound a little staged (starting @ 0:24). If it's found that they did stage this, they should not only be charged but they should pay back all the money that was spent doing this search, which I think is about $30,000 if I'm not mistaken.

i think they r going to get in trouble because they had to shut-down THE AIRLINE for this i blieve

That was a nervous fart, like oh shit, no

They should certainly get into trouble. This was obviously staged. I doubt they will have to pay the money or do jail time. So many people make false reports and just get away with it.

Ohh, the trouble I see in this…
The father sounds like he was puttin' it on… the mother def. sounded like it talkin' about "you did?" and shakin' her head 'yes' at the same time… then the kid puts it all out there and farts… then the mother says "no" after he says "we did it for the show".
Funniest shit off all is that shit at the lower right hand corner: "Balloon Boy LIVES!" like this lil' muhfukka was discovered in a cave somewhere after 5 days or somethin'.
-D!

I'm glad I was asleep and knew nothing of this until it was resolved. That little boy just put his family on blast. That's what kids do. You have to train them not to tell all the business and then they still have a hard time not doing so. Some people believe that any exposure is good exposure, but I'm thinking not so much for this family.
