After over two years in a detention center, everyone’s favorite Superhead is finally getting to cash in on her get of jail free card.

Back in November of 2010, Kat Stacks was arrested at an event that she was hosting in Tennessee and taken to a holding facility for deportation back to Venezuela. Apparently the promoters were the one who pulled Kat’s card and facilitated in ensuring her arrest.. Taking to twitter to take credit for the arrest, Money B didn’t seem too remorseful.

I’m the promoter that brought down Kat Stacks,” Money B. said in an interview. “We brought her down November 4th for a party and from the beginning, we’ve had a lot of problems. I would advise you right now to never put Kat Stacks with any kind of advance because your a** will be out of cash by the time it’s all over. This situation was different as you can see, from day one we had problems. We sent our cash deposit to David Wells, her first manager, and days later he [was] fired by Kat Stacks. Her new management, Q at World Star, they indicated that they had never received any deposit — and it took a few days of me having to call her mama, her old management, her new management and her directly to get everything squared away…That should have been indication from day one that b*tch got problems.

Then from there, it was time for her to come to the city, and she wanted to change her flight information three different times, over and over, she also wanted to change the name on the flight three different times. [When she got here], she did three different interviews, she also drank up all her bottles of Patron while these interviews were going on and decided to pass out in her hotel and miss the party all together. We called her multiple times — she indicated to me that I wasn’t going to get my money back for booking her and I could have got my money back right then and there, really, but I [decided] to do it legally….She went ahead and went on a little tirade on Twitter, talked about Nashville, how [the people are racist], but she also had a few things to say about me, personally…What she hadn’t realized was she had yet to leave the city. And you’re talking about Money B. in his city and you still in his city. So basically, on her way to the airport, something ‘happened’ with her plane ticket, I don’t know what ‘happened’ to her plane ticket but how was I to know that she was flying dirty? So now she’s in the process of being deported. That just goes to show you, karma is a b*tch.

Although Kat has been on serious lockdown, that hasn’t stopped her from tweeting under the name AdmireAndrea, talking about everything from missing sex and chicken wings and showing off letters from friends and fans who seemed to be writing her consistently.

A couple days ago, she tweeted that ICE (Immigration Customs & Enforcement) had finally decided to give her another chance. She proceeded to go on a “thank you” binge before posting the date 12/21/12.

Pre-arrest, I have to admit that Kat did keep me entertained with her random outbursts. I even got “involved” in her bullshit one night when she sent me a DM, asking me to come pick her up from some random spot in Buckhead, and when it didn’t happen, she proceeded to try to drag me on Twitter just before blocking me (I’m unblocked now though….ha!).

Her tweets over the last few months have been the typical ‘jail’ promises…saying that she’s going to change her life, do things the right way, posting Bible verses, etc. And while I wish her all the happy, fruit colored sunshines that the world has to offer, I’m only hoping that she can keep it together because I doubt that the powers that be will be as polite the next time around. Even though she didn’t ask for my advice, I’d also tell her to stay far away from Q of Worldstar. His interests in her are a bit off to me; if she’s claiming that she has no plans of doing the same bullshit that played a part in her remaining detained in the first place, what’s his motivation? He wouldn’t be able to ‘use’ her for more video hits on his website, nor would he be able to send her out into the world in the “Kat Stacks” persona IF she indeed plans on sticking to the change.

Only time will tell. I’m not saying that it’s impossible to change…but guys like Q make me wonder if it’d be easy for her to stick to her guns and really make those changes happen.
