Just days after announcing his retirement from standup following the release of video footage showing his assault against a Target employee, Katt Williams finds himself in the news again…this time for taking a mic to an audience member’s dome during a show in Seattle.

According to TMZ, Katt was performing at the Paramount Theater last Friday when he spotted an audience member recording the show. Rather than asking security to ask them to stop (or at the maximum, take the camera phone away until the show’s end), Katt took it upon himself to show the audience member that you do not record his shows without permission.

He then cautioned onlookers not to try it.

It could happen to you. Record me and see what happens to you. Go home and get your raggedy pistol and bring it back. I already got mine.

The victim has since filed a lawsuit against the out of control comedian as well as the theater, requesting $250k in damages.
