Mariah Carey seems to be enjoying her life as a new judge for the upcoming season of American Idol and recently posted the above shot of the new judges (including Keith Urban & Nicki Minaj) on her Facebook fan page.

I haven’t watched American Idol in SEVERAL seasons (and it’s been SO dann long that I can’t remember who won the last season that I watched). However, I just might tune in for Mariah’s relentless abilities to shade without trying and to hopefully gain some level of understanding as to why Nicki is judging singers.

Oh, I forgot….she sings pop music.
