Back in 2011, Gucci Mane was arrested for pushing Diana Graham out of his moving Hummer because she refused to have sex with him. At the time of his arrest, Gucci pled guilty to several of the charges and was sentenced to 6 months in jail, while Diana filed a lawsuit against the rapper claiming mental anguish, pain and emotional distress.

A Georgia judge recently ruled in her favor and awarded Diana $58,161.24 for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering. The judge also signed an order allowing Diana to go after the rapper’s cars, bank accounts and other assets to settle her debt.
