Even though fans didn’t exactly sweat over her last single, Ciara’s record label is still pushing full-steam ahead with the release of her album, One Woman Army.
Chairman & Ceo of Epic Records, L.A. Reid, revealed details about Ciara’s upcoming music plans during a interview with What Happens Live last night.
She’s doing a photoshoot right now as we speak, she’s about to shoot two videos and we’re about to drop new Ciara music within the month. (We’ve) got a brand new album likely for Thanksgiving. That’s the plan.
It appears that her One Woman Army may have called for backup, and L.A. Reid is ready to go to battle. A Thanksgiving release will ensure her album gets a boost in sales, but it’s going to take a hit record and heavy promotion for Ciara to reach the same success she once had.
