When I first heard that Chris Brown was nominated and would subsequently be performing at this year’s Grammys, I knew that people would spare no words when it came to telling the world how they felt about it.
Chris Brown took home a Grammy (his FIRST) for Best R&B album for F.A.M.E and with that came tons of criticism. Questioning the integrity of the people behind the Grammys, country singer, Miranda Lambert, proved that people just aren’t willing to let anything go when she sent out a message blasting Breezy.
Chris Brown twice? I don’t get it. He beat on a girl … Not cool that we act like that didn’t happen. He needs to listen to Gunpowder and Lead and be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys.
Sherri Shepherd in all of her Tasmanian devil shaped glory also commented.
Looks like all is forgiven (with) Chris Brown. That’s all I’ll say.
Although winning a Grammy is a huge accomplishment and one of the ultimate goals for almost everyone in entertainment, it seems that most aren’t willing to let Chris enjoy his moment without shadowing it with bullsh*t from the past.
Do you guys think that this situation will EVER die? Post your thoughts.
