Dear Miss Jia,
About two years ago, a new member joined my church and was later put into a position as junior pastor. He’s young (early 30s), intelligent and of course, very good looking. Before anyone passes judgment, it should be noted that I don’t find anything wrong with meeting people in the church. Just as someone would feel comfortable meeting folks online or in the club, Christians fellowship with other Christians in the church.

Good lawd…ain’t the man in prison already? I wonder what profound love tweet we’d get outta @liltunechi about this one:
Lil Wayne had a perfectly good reason for missing his court date in Arizona today — he’s currently behind bars in New York. But Yuma County didn’t care … and issued a bench
warrant for his arrest.
Wayne pled not guilty in the past to a litany of drug charges related to a January 2008 arrest, where DEA agents found 105 grams of marijuana, 29 grams of cocaine and 41 grams of ecstasy pills and a 40-caliber pistol on his tour bus.
…I absolutely would’ve been fooled. I don’t think I have enough pearls to clutch after this one. I couldn’t have asked for better booty tootin’ if I was making it rain in Strokers or Magic City. I won’t judge but I will throw some glitter.

New track from Solange called Under Construction. I said a while ago that I dig Solo’s musical style. I truly think that her talents as a writer and vocalist are overshadowed b/c she’s the baby sister of a superstar. I really love this song! What do you guys think?

Alicia Keys was spotted at the arrivals for the Gotham Magazine Annual Gala, where she also played host. It looks like she and Swizz Beatz were all smiles. I hear that they’re anxiously waiting to move forward with their lives (read: marriage) together once Swizzy handles the ex, Mashonda. We’ll see. Post your thoughts on the photos.
